Are the clinics in Florida Trump toadies by reporting 100% Covid positives? That doesn't skew the numbers much?
So, you're saying Florida's data collections and reporting are still, months later, a total mess?
and you're blaming it on hospitals???

Look at the rising deaths, 6ft.
300 clinics reported 100% positives. No negatives.

I'm certain that's the governors incomptence? YOU?

If you read MD's posts exclusively (or really, any Democrat's), you would have no idea that these are state death totals:

NY: 33,000

NJ: 16,000

MA: 8,400

IL: 7,400

CA: 7,300

MI: 6,300

CT: 4,400 (even with FL)

You'd think Florida is the only state that has had a problem with Covid. For some reason, MD and the gang can only discuss Florida. There must be a reason for that....hmmmmmm, I wonder what it is!

New York showed how horrible and deadly the disease can be if not contained by selective shutdowns of indoor gatherings, masks, and social distancing, and also how the disease can be brought under control by these measures.

We pick on Florida because FLORIDA DID NOT LEARN from New York. Florida (led by DeSantis, who was egged on by Trump and cheered on by PB) plunged ahead and did all the stupid s**t they should have learned not to do from New York. DeSantis did not allow the local D leaders to do what they knew needed to be done.

And now the piper is demanding his price, as those of us who paid attention to what had happened in New York knew perfectly well would happen in Florida. The price is just beginning to be collected.

Also, what Republican partisans have not yet learned, but will: the price includes their place at the table of political leadership. They are about to be swept into the dustbin of irrelevancy, as has already happened to statewide gubmint in California. This is the price they pay for blindly following the conman criminal Trump, whose depraved indifference has already killed tens of thousands in New York and will now do the same in Florida.

For better or worse containing the virus in NYS has devastated thousands and thousands of businesses that may never reopen. The price of victory in the eyes of many business owners sure looks like defeat. King Andy understands that but he ain't the guy that just watched everything he/she worked for their entire lives suddenly just flushed down the drain. I am glad I am sooooo very close to being able to retire. :D

Which is why we needed MUCH MORE SOCIALISM, like in Germany, in which the gubmint backed private business enough to allow them to survive and their employees to keep getting paid. Meanwhile, the German central gubmint ran a YUGE and aggressive test-and-trace program. Result: virus on the run, new cases at about 1% of the level of new cases in the US (with a population 1/4 that of the US). Some economic damage, sure, but much less than in the US.

Socialism, my friend. That's what it takes to have a modern first-world economy and society.

If I was in my 20s, I'd be learning German and looking to move.

Might it be that the Florida testing, case reporting process is fouled up?

I'm not blaming the Governor, but he's indeed the guy supposedly in charge...in that state.

But, sure, if you really want to understand the foul up, we HAVE NO NATIONAL TESTING POLICY or data collection process.

so, who's that on?

Where does that buck stop?

Peter Dumb Ass -- why do you ever bother?.

We all know you are a loathsome troll with ZERO credibility.

You keep telling us that deaths in the USA (and in particular FL) are falling. When the numbers show they are rising.

NY and NJ were certainly terrible back in March/April. But FL currently is bad and getting worse.

So please just shut the front door and go away. Because you don't know shirt about fork. Which you literally prove on an hourly basis.

Spend your time in some other way. Like hanging out with your Democrat wife and all of her gay Democrat friends.

Dems are true yo-yo's. ICU beds are supplemented by non-ICU beds which are readily convertible into ICU beds. There are many open beds in Miami Dade. 2x as many open beds as there are ICU beds.
