Rabil celebrating Rabil and making $ off being Rabil. This is every day that's ended in y since he graduated. Hard pass. When it's $1 at a book fair 5 months after it comes out I might look in the index for the term Hopkins but that's about it.

It's very very very hard to find alumni who like Daniels other than Bloomberg and people who've benefited from the former Mayors largesse at Hopkins. Brody was a better person and president of the university. I'm sure SAIS folks are thrilled at losing their lair and being thrown in with the rest of the schools and staff.

You do understand that Ron Daniels is one of the greatest presidents in the history of The Johns Hopkins University?

The best international-affairs graduate school in the country now has a wonderful new building. Having staff from other parts of the university using the facility is definitely not a bad thing; it's what a university is all about.

Why are we entertaining 06's mind-numbingly stupid stream-of-consciousness musings that have nothing to do with lacrosse? He hasn't stepped foot on campus in two decades and probably has not spoken to an actual alum in person in that long as well. He just says things. The shot at Daniels came out of nowhere — an attempt to get people riled up which appears to have worked

Yes the Daniels vs anti Daniels stuff is getting really old and he's here to stay so what's the point? As far as Rabil writing a book what athlete hasn't tried to monetize whatever cache they may have? Can't swing a dead cat at the TV without hitting Travis Swift I mean Kelce

I really liked those Columbia blue pinnies and helmets worn in the Richmond scrimmage. I wouldn't complain if they retire the black jerseys (although black helmets work fine with blue jerseys).

Football is unbeaten. What is the highest level they could beat or at least compete against?

They made it to the D3 semis two or three years ago. I think they could be competitive in D2. There may be a handful of D1 teams they could challenge.

I agree with a handful. Maybe a small handful. Maybe challenge for a half. Years ago, I knew plenty of JHU Football Players. Recently, I stood next to an OLine 'commit' to Cornell. He would have dwarfed the largest Blue Jay from my undergrad days.

Odd post I know, but I have a couple stepkids in band. One is athletic, so I doubt he sticks with it, but he's trying. Both of them wanted to learn To Win since they've heard it watching with me in the spring. Anyone have the sheet music for it or where I can find it. Google search brings up random things.

I cant find sheet music.

Someone with a modicum of music knowledge should be able to transcribe it.

My recommendation would be to peruse the Hopkins staff directory and choose one or two likely candidates. My experience is that most if not all are pretty good at replying and trying to help.

If you attend a game in the spring you could probably just ask a band member for a copy and they'd give it to you.
