Cornell looks good. 6-3, 2nd quarter... Ref just missed what looked like a Tiger defenseman pushing Coyle offsides.. Called Coyle offsides.. Princeton scores on the resultant possession.

This is some shambolic defending by the good guys.

Uncharacteristically sloppy play by Cornell. A number of offsides, including on back-to-back plays near the end of the 1st. Lack of ball movement, errant passes, turnovers on the offensive end...hope they pick it up in the second half.

The turnovers and some unconnected defense in the late second quarter let Princeton back in the game

And the turnovers continue in the 3rd quarter. And Cornell is getting beaten out of the box. Time to settle down.

Apropos of nothing, when was the "warding off" rule for ball-carrier's free hand changed? Saw some clear warding off by Cornell attackman coming around the goal just now. Clearly lifted free arm and warded off defender's cross.

Correction. I had identified the wrong team. Cornell attack, not Princeton.

Just checked the rules. Still a penalty -- 30 secs.

Incidentally, Werthheimer just warded off on his last goal. Guess they just don't call it.

An outrageous and likely game saving sequence. Pretty sure Princeton is ending the game there if they come up with it

Agreed. Ground ball vacuum. The little flip to himself in open space was awesome.

Yep. He won that matchup all day. Good win. Princeton has 3 OT losses. You have to find a way.

As I said, Petrakis has his moments at important times. Unbelievable play all game by Adler. A little too sloppy, but this team never quits. After a quiet start, Blake again with last minute heroics for the tie and win.

IVY LEAGUE CHAMPS. WOO HOO.

OK, after SHUTTING OUT, the former leading scorer in the country (Kirst back on top now) and scooping up incredible GBs, Gavin Adler deserves to be In the final 5,if not win the TEWY.

That was the best defensive performance I have ever seen against an Incredible scorer.

Congratulations to this amazing NO QUIT team and its great coaches.

Ncaa bid now a lock and a first round home game.

Coulter Macksey a no show. Adler remains underrated and thats saying something because he gets a lot of recognition.
