Know the area well. Actually, ..it is where the wealthy Hollywood types go to get away, many have acreage and huge homes in and around there. the downtown is quite small and quaint.

Let’s see what the investigators are able to find out. My money is on some knuckleheaded kid playing with his gun.

Because it's such a great idea to give guns to knuckleheaded kids.

The report I saw originally said it occurred over Shenandoah National Park, which is not the same as Middleburg.

… that would be my guess as well. I also suspect they will not be able to track this down.

Why are Democrats here discussing guns?

How are you enjoying your bump stocks PB? Oh wait, Trump took those away.

It's funny how riled up Democrats make you that you have to get on here all the time to vent. They really seem to get your goat eh? Democrats and liberals are arming themselves at record rates because of Trump. I've had more liberal friends ask me about guns the past three years than the past three decades combined.

Guns are for pikers.

The tech-savvy libs I know are figuring out how to put small missiles on drones.

You think I "vent"... I'm laughing half the time I post, mostly about the sheer daftness of the left posters here.

Certainly doesn't read that way. And you're only laughing half the time? Must feel good to let off some steam on here and it must get frustrating feeling so much smarter than all the daft lefty posters here. I don't think you're ever gonna convert them, but you've definitely turned a few people away from your pet causes.

My 'pet causes' are liberty, America, and capitalism. Woe to the soul who advocates for those!!! Some obscure congressional candidate in Georgia who no one had ever heard of is now the Left/media's pet voodoo doll du jour because of the same embraces.

btw, I don't think anyone who isn't fond of liberty, America, and capitalism is ever going to be converted to embracing those ideas, no matter how much evidence piles up in front of them to do so; most people aren't bright enough to understand the immutable laws of cause and effect. Heck, most the Fanlax Lefties prefer abject socialism from what I can tell from their posts (and a small taste of socialism is what they're getting today in Portland, NYC, DC, Chicago, B-more, etc...; how's that working out?!). Joe Scarborough learned his lesson this morning thinking his new bff's of the left actually like him...

For all the chest thumping on how you love America so much, you certainly do have quite the hatred for a majority of it. Good luck with that.

Nah, my dislike is only for the elite class. That’s a tiny minority. My distaste is for those who look down on the common man. Think: Steve Schmidt, Rick Wilson, liberal arts professors, most media, that type.

Liberal art professors literally teach the common man---they spend their lives making the common man's lives better and more full. And the vast majority aren't paid a whole lot to do it. Your professors at your socialized Government school, for example.

This whole "the elites look down their noses on the common man" thing is mass projection on a laughable scale.

These same liberal elites...99% of them..... want the common man to have access to America's best education, and best health care possible.

What does YOUR TEAM offer the common man? "Sticking it to the libs" doesn't put food on the table, my man. When you're done laughing at the crazy libs, you still don't have food on the table, or the chance of a good paying job.

Any more emails you're getting from your 70 year old golfing buddies? Great to see more libs protecting themselves nowadays too!!!!!

This is in interesting take that feeds both sides of this discussion. USNA ranked #1 in Top Public Schools, #6 in Liberal Arts.
