neat.....now, why are the European Unions locking down, if lock downs didn't work? Evasive. very.
It's the lifting of the lockdowns which caused the resurgence.
soooo.... what's the strategy going forward? i have been itching to know.
Heard from friend visiting his 14 year oks going to Boarding school England that they are locking down again. France has lock down to. Here in this state, we announced rolling back our opening level. Restaurants going back to 50%. I would make it 0% and curbside pick up and outside dining.
lockdown  screw your fifty percent....shut it all down. Everything. including grocery stores. for 16 days. Only medical people "working" No Wall street, nothing. No media, to "live" tv. social distancing stuff. NOTHING. not travel, to moving goods, no production. a real LOCKDOWN. goes for you dog walkers too. teach them to poop where the cats go.

If this is serious, than be serious. 16 days

two of the days, the person should be fasting. 14 days to go.

piece of cake, getting provisions for 16 days.

Trump Dumps 3 Agency Leaders In Wake Of Election

"The Trump administration abruptly dumped the leaders of three agencies that oversee the nuclear weapons stockpile, electricity and natural gas regulation, and overseas aid during the past two days, drawing a rebuke from a prominent Republican senator for one of the decisions.

The sudden departures included:

Lisa Gordon-Hagerty, administrator of the National Nuclear Security Administration, the first woman to oversee the agency in charge of the nuclear stockpile. She was required to resign on Friday.

Bonnie Glick, deputy administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development. She was replaced by the acting administrator John Barsa, who had run out of time for his more senior role under the Federal Vacancies Reform Act.

Neil Chatterjee, chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and a former aide to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. He was replaced as chairman, though he will remain at FERC, an independent agency, as a commissioner."

Being serious, honestly don't know. If I had to think, I would say, NO, you will not support efforts to have a mandatory lock down for everyone/everything. And, it IS because your gut tells you it won't work.......the 98% of deaths , most having both feet out the door of life, most only tethered to "life" because of super healthcare coverage. Something that millions of twenty somethings don't have a clue about. Nor "life" either.

So a complete lockdown won’t have any effect because people won’t comply or if you locked everything down, the virus will continue to spread?

The End Days for this administration is going to be brutal to watch. When do the r senators step in, at least to try and save their own?

Yikes, hadn't even considered that one.

Wray is a dead man walking, likely Haspel dead woman walking, Esper and Barr (I'm fine with that one!) possible as well.

Fauci.
Hahn.
Azar?

And all sorts of others less prominent.

What we’re watching now, as the ballots pile up against Trump, and as he vows to fight on in the courts, is the slow-motion humiliation of an empty demagogue. The man who mocked Sen. John McCain’s heroism and called former Sen. Jeff Flake “stupid” is trailing in their state, Arizona, thanks to 100,000 Republicans who, at the urging of Flake and of McCain’s widow, voted for Biden. And the rebuke is personal: Republicans held the Senate and won lots of races down the ballot, often beating the president’s margins. Now, as his party slinks away from him, Trump faces the prospect of surrendering the White House to the man he belittled, in every speech, as “the worst candidate in the history of presidential politics.” It’s such a shame.
Sad.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.
I don't think there's much that Trump can do that would fit that description.

He could of course do something like give code-word intelligence to Vlad, but what's the motivation? He seems to prefer Florida to the Black Sea.
