The Supreme Court tied 4–4 on Pennsylvania’s ballot case. Robert joined the liberals.

This means the Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision allowing mail in votes to be counted if postmarked by election day and received by Friday is affirmed.

Big win for the Dems. Big loss for Trump.

Now, if the Pennsylvania politicians could just agree on early processing of ballots. But that is looking less and less likely.

PA has said they will process and count mail in ballots 24/7 starting 7 AM on election day. Nevertheless, with today’s decision, it could well be into the following week before the final results are announced.

Unless the state is Florida 2000 close, I suspect the networks will be able to call Pennsylvania by the weekend after the election, if not earlier. By Saturday morning, the large majority of ballots likely will have been counted. Plus there should be a county by county report on how many ballots are yet to be counted. That should provide really good information from which a projection probably will be able to be made.

Vote early
South Carolina voters can also vote before Election Day through a process called absentee in-person voting. The period for absentee in-person voting runs from Monday, October 5, 2020 to Monday, November 2, 2020, but dates and hours may vary based on where you live.....Trump has created an issue like he normally does. Take something....make a big deal out of it....when the commotion dies down, claim you fixed it. Rinse and repeat.

FL should be able to announce a winner on election night. If Joe takes FL, it is over.

While it would take PA/WI/Mich a few days to count, the outcome would not be in doubt.

If Joe doesn't take FL on election night, then we'll start to go down the rabbit hole.
