Petey -- let's try a few facts on the Denver Saturday shooting. At this point, I don't think anyone out here really knows what exactly was happening. But some things we do know:

1. Victim was wearing a t-shirt that read: BLM -- your forking right biker's lives matter.
2. Victim (along with five other right wing patriot guys) was engaged in a heated argument with a solo kid wearing a t-shirt that said Black Guns Matter.
3. Victim has mace can out. Solo kid is unarmed. Looks like several of the patriot dudes are armed with knives, clubs, maybe other stuff.
4. Victim brandishes mace can at kid. Victim moves on/away from solo kid. Can't tell why.
5. Pictures show victim punching the shooter in the face. So the victim is now engaged in an altercation with a second person.
6. Victim has mace can out and in hand as he punches the shooter.
7. At this point, shooter's hands are empty -- no gun visible or drawn.
8. Next pictures show victim spraying mace at shooter and shooter had gun drawn.
9. No pictures or video of what happens next. You just hear the shot.

Who knows who started what or who was aggressing and who was defending. But it seems clear that the patriot/victim was pretty active in creating and escalating the situation. Including punching the shooter in the face before any weapon was drawn. Possible that the shooter was trying to break up the victim/kid altercation.

You conveniently leave out a ton, not the least of which is the video where the BLM guy is screaming a few things. Let me help:

“Mace me, mother-effer!!’ (said multiple times)

“Don’t touch me again old man or I’ll eff you up!!” (again said multiple times to a third party, not the victim - the takeaway is the BLM guy is the only one ratcheting up the heat).

The victim walks away from this BLM confrontation only to be confronted by the Antifa shooter.

The pictures do not show the victim hitting the shooter. They show the victim blocking the hands of the shooter as the shooter attempts to hit him.

Finally, if you’d like to review the shooters social media posts, it’s quite clear he’s yet another deranged TDS/Antifa/BLM white boy in search of purpose in life.

We’ve also skipped past the part where the shooter isn’t even licensed to do what he purportedly is doing: security.

Now, having said all that and in spite of the facts which suggest the shooter is guilty of 1st degree murder of a totally decent husband and grandfather who simply chose to attend a ‘supportl the police’ rally (glad to know Dems object to this ), I’ll wait for the trial.

Then macer/victim raises his left hand to the shooter's face. Photo #2. Still no gun.

Macer/victim sprays his mace. Shooter has gun out. Photo #3.

Basically, it is REALLY REALLY stupid to bring weapons into a volatile situation and then get into multiple altercations with other people. Since those other people may have weapons too. If you go looking for a fight, you may just find one.

I think I'd point out how insane you sound, but my guess it is useless.

I will reserve the right however to wait for a trial for all of the facts to be known. Regardless of any of the facts you seem to want to find in favor of the Antifa guy, Antifa guy is going to be found guilty of first degree murder. Mace is not a weapon that can be met with deadly force unless it is being used in association with some other deadly weapon (like having a gun with the mace).

Antifa guy's best hope is for a pardon from the Colorado Democratic governor who no doubt sympathizes with the killer and not the elderly victim.

Even the NYT broke down the Rittenhouse shootings saying he was totally justified. Self defense all the way through.

Mace is not considered a weapon and does not justify lethal force whatsoever. Matthew Dolloff in no universe can be considered anything other than a straight up murderer.

Well I think most Americans can see what happened in both cases and know the score. It boggles the mind that anyone would be against a rally in support of police or America (in other words, there should have been no counter protest leading up to the murder), but such is today's Left.

But, I make no bets on local DA's and what they decide, and like I said, I'm not above retracting my beliefs if information comes out in an investigation which shows something the video doesn't, so I will wait for the charges and trial.
