But that I did understand what they're trying to do and I do have better insight on why through the eyes of my good friends (lax team mates, BTW) and their kids. It's called empathy. Try it.

I have no idea what this crew at Oxfam thought they were doing, saying, but I do understand the left's (whether in UK or here) challenge to why crimes are portrayed so often as 'white woman attacked by black man"...why not black woman attacked by white man, or black man? But I don't know all the ins and outs of this particular argument, whether it's being fairly represented in the salacious media, nor is this my "crew" to defend in the first place.

What I am talking about, and what was on TV which I saw live, was the teargassing on the eastern portion of H Street, near where T**** walked. They had to clear H St. for T**** to cross. (He didn’t go anywhere near 17th St.) They teargassed the crowd to accomplish that. Which law-enforcement agency deployed that teargas? I don’t know.

But it was for the sole purpose of clearing a path for T****. It was not to erect the fence. As I have previously said, you wait until the overnight hours to put up the fence when the protesters have gone home. That is pretty much what the plan was, and is what they actually did. Whatever the case, people have a right to peaceably assemble which is what they did. There had been no report of violence. Because of that right wingers should all insist that people have a right, in fact a moral obligation to exercise their Second Amendment rights to punish the government for its evils. On that basis forum CONservatives should be demanding that people use high powered machine guns, bazookas, Abrams tanks, and other instruments of peace to quell the government evil.
