Good work, Joe!

The pro-abortion crowd that overlays the entirety of the DNC is a very strong and wealthy one. Joe had no chance.

There is good news today. IT IS ELECTION DAY! My mail in ballot arrived in the mail early this morning (usually our mail doesn't arrive until late afternoon, no idea why it came this morning - who knows). In any case I now just have to figure out who I am going to vote for. Tough choice, will have to really think about it.

You should read up on your fave country, Venezuela, and the Bolibourgeoisie, people who became super rich under Chávez. Socialism always creates an oligarchy which 'miraculously' becomes super wealthy...weird, huh!

Chávez and his sympathizers moved billions of dollars with the complicity of public officials, becoming rich under the guise of socialism. If you are interested in facts, read the Panama Papers to see how socialists get wealthy, but of course create nothing.

astounding me more and more the emphasis and play that polls are getting. i fully understand we're going to hear about them, but it seems nonstop. and the opposite from what i'd expect from democrats, and would've thought republicans would learn the lessons of 2016 also.

this is why i'm not a "political strategist". somebody doesn't know what they're doing, but it'll be only half of them.

anyway... what're the chances we start getting "leaks" on the early vote count? is that not allowed "legally", and has to come thru backchannels and subterfuge? i put the chances at well over 90%.

I voted in person (absentee) today. No taking any chance with the mail.

One person in line in front of me - and because of a computer check it took a couple of minutes to process me. Two waiting in line behind me. Worker said steady number of voters - yesterday (first day in SC to vote) some lines. But I live in a relatively small county...

I am guessing that IMPOTUS o d and the r's are throwing in the towel for Nov 3rd?

BREAKING: President Trump says he has "instructed my representatives to stop negotiating" for a new coronavirus relief bill "until after the election;" says he has asked Sen. McConnell to "focus full time on approving my outstanding nominee" to the US Supreme Court.

Yes this seems like he is committing suicide. Makes no sense. Not going to make any friends doing this. Even the markets will likely head south. Yep - doing it now - down 400.

Or plan B to protest the election and try to stop the counting of mail ballots...with a friendly extra justice to weigh in.

Not sure if my experience will be shared across the entire US. Sure hope so.

My ballot was printed somewhere in the midwest and sent directly to my house, no stop at a Maryland government office first. Hogan had the printing out sourced. Not going to send it in by mail, will do a drop at the Baltimore County Voting Commission Office.

I really don't see that working. Dems just need to be prepared to foil the attempt.

Nancy wants to bail out states (all democratic, natch) without forcing them to change their spending.

No go. Make them declare bankruptcy.

Next.

The problem with that working is you need to be (if you are in the Rs shoes) ahead on election day, and have the count extend for a long time to produce a Biden lead. Not sure the dynamics of the race are anything but teetering on a fall to a landslide at this point...

Biden Makes a Play for Texas with $6 Million Ad Buy

Post by DocBarrister »

After Beto O’Rourke wrote an op-ed encouraging Biden to make a play for Texas, since winning Texas can settle the election on Nov. 3, Biden invests $6 million in the Lone Star State.

Now they are saying Trump’s address to the nation will be pre-recorded.

Obviously.

Don’t want to have any coughing fits or gasps for breath on a live broadcast.

Wonder how many takes he will do?

So who are you voting for for POTUS? ;) Maybe you want to keep it a secret?
I use to be a people person until people ruined that for me.
