Yes…Warehime Hillman and Hall were all 2018 ..and they all played for Sky Walkers, and I think were also together at North Carroll before it closed.
Ortega, Mastroianni, Growney Trenchard were 2017s.

Players can transfer between the fall and spring semesters as well, but I’m guessing it’s probably started to quiet down as students still need to register for classes, figure out housing, etc. But I imagine the athletic department could expedite a PSA’s transfer if they really wanted to

You can enter it whenever you want. The 7/1 cutoff is for being able to start at the new school in the Fall. Otherwise, you wait until January.

No it’s not. 7/1 is the cutoff to enter the portal to attend in the fall. My daughter entered in June and made a deal in august after several offers. Attended in fall and played fall ball

Wow this is an impressive list, I appreciate the effort it took to compile all of it. I’m surprised that UNC hasn’t done more to counteract all of their losses. Figura seems like a nice addition, but certainly she doesn’t
make up for the insane amount of firepower that they lost this offseason.

I thought UNC would hit the transfer portal hard considering they have used it the last 2 seasons and with all of their graduations. If I was UNC I would’ve have used it because their graduations seem very similar to Maryland in 2019 and the Terps were not their normal selves the next 2 seasons.

I thought UNC would hit the transfer portal hard considering they have used it the last 2 seasons and with all of their graduations. If I was UNC I would’ve have used it because their graduations seem very similar to Maryland in 2019 and the Terps were not their normal selves the next 2 seasons.

i never thought Levy would hit the portal hard this window. Last 2 seasons they've been really close to a ship and were looking for an extra boost to push them over the edge. They have alot of talented players who have been riding the bench due to all the returning 5th years and transfers. I think Levy wants to get some of these players established which makes perfect sense. The portal is a tool that should be used to address needs, not just bring in every player all the time
