Heard it got ugly, quick. Was told it was 9-0 Army after a quarter and a half (or 2).Not sure of the final score but Michigan sounds like they have some work to do. On the other side of things… my buddies son plays for Army and attended the scrimmage. Said they looked bigger, stronger, faster and better conditioned than UM. As you’d expect from a SA. But excited to see how they do this year after losing a ton to graduation.

Saw those tweets by JP.

Was told the Lockwood kid is the real deal. Heard he led UM with 3 and 3, running out of box in the first half and attack in the second.

Michigan has a brand new offensive coordinator. He will likely need some time to compete in the Big 10. The loss of Turri to St John’s is a problem.
I thought it was your opinion that the asst coaches were the problem in Michigan? That they weren't on par with the rest of the BigTen assistants.
Not sure why you thought that. The HC is obligated in his contract to select and manage the ACs. Buck stops at the top. I just think they are green and not at the caliber of the rest of the league. Just an opinion. Rotate all the staff in the Big10 to another school and I think Michigan finishes the season better than last. Some of the issue may be preparing for games. But based on what I have seen, a good part of it is in game decision making. That’s a huge piece of the experience part.

Regardless, Michigan has a tremendous academic reputation, a phenomenal football team and basketball team, and a fantastic social experience for all the students. So, can’t cry for the players.

Simply because you posted that you thought the former Michigan AC's were subpar.

No big deal.

Michigan has posted their schedule. OOC includes UVA and ND. The ND game looks to be played in DC.

For Michigan fans who are planning to go, you had better hope the ND game is at Audi Field. What an awesome venue for lacrosse!

Good scheduling against Harvard. It is the start of their Spring Break- Crimson players could be exhausted from midterms.....

The thing is, even with that tough schedule, Michigan has as much, if not more, overall talent than a majority of the other teams.
