This place has to be in St Louis as that city is famous for their brain sandwiches. Maybe OS brained up there.

Might be E StLouis, IL, where most of the meat packing plants were.
Used to sell a lot of brains in our grocery store. Brains & eggs was a breakfast favorite for many, my dad & grandad included.
Kept a long pan of them in the refrigerated meat case.
The toughest part of my meat cutter apprenticeship was ladling up, weighing & wrapping an order of brains, ...without throwing up.

You ever spend much time in East St. Louis?

Oh yeah. Most of it after midnight. Many all night bars & clubs.
There was a strip of R&B clubs on E Broadway, right off the Eads Bridge.
Saw Ike & Tina come back, shortly after they started to make it big.

Good luck re-financing, the solar panels control home homes finances. What could go wrong. Who allowed this abuse of elederly home owners to occur? No one in government asked "what could go wrong, 20 year "leases", HUD/FHA problems and INCREASING costs of electricity. Panels don't even work.....but THEY got your home.

They prey on elders and trick them into signing contracts by offering free services and then slap them with regularly increasing fees. They tried to do this to my Grandmother who has dementia. Stay away from them! Disgusting that they take advantage of the elderly.
