Although the President is the C-in-C, this is, as the article suggests, a pretty deep dive into the inner workings and discipline of the services, especially together with the pardons the other day. Is this part of the "shake Washington up" baloney that we hear Trump was elected to carry out?

What is your view?

I don't have one yet. I'm not familiar with the details & merits of the cases.
I'm interested to see what the Navy's review of the JAG Corps reveals &
what the Admin Board on Senior Chief Gallagher recommends.
