They really do develop bone spurs Seems to me there should be some financial adjustment for those taking advantage of this option. Do we really want the academies turned into football mills? I am surprised the Generals and Admirals are going for this.

It's been 25 years since I took my last exam at Hudson High, so I am out of date, but I do agree with Mattis - this may help the football programs be slightly more competitive, but does not align with the mission of the SAs. I suspect there will be a number of negative, unintended consequences.

I was wondering if this applies to any graduate that wants to pursue a pro sports career? No matter how remote the chance of making it?
