Cooling,, waiting for the final straining and then filling up the lemons.
What I would do differently from that video next time is to get the zest
off the lemons BEFORE taking the meat out of them. All good but that
would be easier.

Off to the fridge...patience.
Lot of finger licking going on, yes sir, that's some tasty stuff, I'm a lemon fan.
You end up with a lot more juice than the lemon peels will hold but I aint seein'
that as a bad thing.
2 hrs now.

Looking good....the only problem is that one or two big scoops and its gone. Use a a little baby spoon or just 'send it' and eat about 4 of them.

It's outstanding, youth, glad you put it on here.youthathletics wrote: ↑Sat Sep 28, 2024 1:28 pm Looking good....the only problem is that one or two big scoops and its gone. Use a a little baby spoon or just 'send it' and eat about 4 of them.
Had a lot left over, am eating that with a big spoon.
I've had this flavor before but I sure can't remember
on what. Would go good on top of cheesecake or
a variety of other things. See you can do this with
oranges too, bet it's good...creamsickle-ish.

Awesome. Glad you enjoyed it. I also sipped some of my homemade Limoncello with it.DMac wrote: ↑Sat Sep 28, 2024 1:44 pmIt's outstanding, youth, glad you put it on here.youthathletics wrote: ↑Sat Sep 28, 2024 1:28 pm Looking good....the only problem is that one or two big scoops and its gone. You thinking of a creme brûlée?

Think it's kind of doubtful it was a creme brulee but maybe.
Mother was outstanding in the kitchen, maybe some German
something she made. Dunno. This stuff would be excellent on
lemon cake.

Just ate the first one out of the peel....game changer.youthathletics wrote: ↑Sat Sep 28, 2024 1:28 pm Looking good....the only problem is that one or two big scoops and its gone. Use a a little baby spoon or just 'send it' and eat about 4 of them.
Ate that cup's worth, had more in a pan, ate that too.
Out of the peel is a different level, adds a lot of nice,
clean lemon flavor. Peels matter.
No alcohol sipper on the side for me.
A little chocolate edibles square goes
pretty darn good with it too though.

I suppose when the edible kicks in, you'll polish off the rest of them.DMac wrote: ↑Sat Sep 28, 2024 8:28 pmJust ate the first one out of the peel....game changer.youthathletics wrote: ↑Sat Sep 28, 2024 1:28 pm Looking good....the only problem is that one or two big scoops and its gone.
