So it no longer matters what anyone (other than Trump and his minions) thinks.

I also have no idea why I feel compelled to counter negative on the President. I did not vote for him nor will I this time. If you read the WP, you'll see the 7th Fleet issued a statement saying the crews of 2 Yokosuka based DDG's (McCain & Stethem) were given 96 hour liberty for the long weekend. 7th Flt also said the tarp was on the McCain's stern on Fri because a paint barge was working alongside. The McCain is still undergoing repairs from the collision.

Homeported in Yokosuka are 8 DDG's & 3 CG's.
In his remarks, Trump acknowledged the attendance of crews from 2 of the CG's & 4 of the DDG's.
The crews of 2 of the DDG's (Stethem & McCain) were off on 96 hr liberty.
