Had he been convicted in a criminal court he would have earned the title of convicted felon a long time ago. I know that. I read the judges comments and they were harsh as was the CIVIL PENALTY. It was not a criminal conviction in a criminal court. Had he been convicted of the actual crime of sexual assault he would have been a true blue convicted felon. FTR the way I feel about sexual predators I wish he had been convicted in a criminal court. trump would have been a very popular guy in prison. He would have made a lot of new friends.

He's not eager to use it, as we saw in his first time. As you know, I was 100% wrong about Trump on that count. I thought he'd use our military like a toy. He didn't. To his credit.

Is Harris a NeoCon? I don't know. But I have confidence that Harris is all there, mentally. I don't have that confidence in Biden, and I think it's absurd that our parties and media understand he's not fit to be POTUS in Jan of 2025...yet somehow think he's perfectly fine here in July of 2024.
