Dave Cochran -- Unsung Hero

Just a short note to talk about an unsung hero to high school Lacrosse named Dave Cochran. Dave helped to form the New Canaan, CT. program that now boosts over 900 kids. He was especially known for helping those kids who were not blessed with natural talent and helped encourage them and raise their self esteem. Many parents thanked Dave for turning their child''s life around. Dave passed away on July 4 in Florida. He was a very successful businessman, husband, father, and worked with many causes that were important to him -- a real put your money where your mouth man.

Dave was a man most of us strive to be. Every year the big Lacrosse Tournament around New Canaan is the COCHRAN CLASSIC (this year played on June 2).

I am sure many of you know folks similar to Dave and I would love to hear about them.
