Hey CT lacrosse community, it's that time of year again when
Sticks for Soldiers holds its annual Zoom Summit and Thanksgiving Lacrosse Classic.
REGISTER TODAY! Sticks for Soldiers is holding its annual Zoom Summit on October 17th. Hear how your support for severely wounded veterans matters, and the difference we can make when we commit to doing good. We're bringing together another distinguished panel to share their insights and perspectives all centered around service.
You'll get to hear from
Jim Tommins, one of Sticks for Soldiers founders, on how (and why) a handful of CT lax dads conceived of the nonprofit.
Ben Harrow, Army Special Forces Cpt. (Ret.) and West Point short stick middie, will share his thoughts on service, adversity, and rising up to crush whatever life throws in his path. As a past honoree, Ben will also lend perspective on our efforts in supporting the veteran community. And
Adam Fullerton, Army Cpt. (Ret.) and West Point goalie, will enlighten us on how lacrosse led him to service. Somehow along his path of becoming an Army officer he managed to work-in a professional lacrosse career (Team USA and MLL).
Do lacrosse players make better soldiers? We have no idea, but this is the panel that just might be able to shed some light on the topic. We'd love to have you join in the conversation. Registration is free.
