LOL - This is same exact script from 2022 when Maryland was the "best team ever" -- there can't be a "historical best team ever" every freaking year.
2022 Maryland actually was probably the best team ever though. This year's ND team is not on their level IMO, but if they continue to take care of business they will certainly deserve to be considered one of the best teams of the past decade or two.

IMO , I don’t think ND will face a better defense than GT rest of the way. Really do a nice job w slides & recovery.

Honestly leave that for others to discuss. All they gotta be is the best team on the field next Saturday and the following Monday.

Also, the Irish covered. I wonder how much money I could make fading teams that people here say “certainly will cover” 🤣

Every team left in the tournament has a better adjusted defensive efficiency than Georgetown

Thirteen ND players had at least one point today.

ND seemed a bit vulnerable to uncontested long-range bombs in front of the net.

Not sure that’s a game strategy, but it’s something. :?

Hopkins Def is more about philosophy/ Jamison and doesn’t work well vs ND. GT has better shorts than Hopkins. And ND already showed what they can do vs the ACC.

The Entamann cheerleading is over the top. He hasn’t been asked to do too much or make many tough saves, but his name comes up every 30 seconds
What do you mean? He's 16th in the country in save percentage. It doesn't get better than that
Not sure how you applied that as a season stat. It was in reference to this game. He is a great goalie, but he has been 40% and 44% in the tournament. He hasn’t been great and it ok to actually acknowledge that

That had been a ND staple for a long time. They will give you the long range shot and rely on the goalie there. I had heard Corrigan talking about that once.

Credit to Notre Dame. They are an extremely good team.

Very disappointed that an injury at the X robbed us of a closer matchup. Just impossible to beat a team like that when they’re playing make it take it. Hoyas showed some heart at the end, but too little too late. Georgetown HAS to figure out the X in May, end of story.

Entenman was clearly off . Maybe a shooter such as Buddy had something to do with that but ND is vulnerable if goalie is in rut

keep in mind Ent was pulled for many of those final goals

You would have made money, but you didn’t because you’re a keyboard warrior who’s scared of your own shadow. If Georgetown has a faceoff guy it’s a one goal game. It’s a bad beat, but that’s why they call it gambling.

If my aunt had junk she’d be my uncle. You just lost by 5 to a clearly superior team, you don’t get to say much of anything.

Thanks for the correction. I could have sworn backup goalie let in more than one?
