This is why I think all the people on this forum who are predicting (and seemingly cheering for) CNU to crash and burn after this season are going to be disappointed. Anyone who's paid attention to this club knows that it's been a gradual rise, built on excellent recruiting and program building. Not a flash in the pan. Yes their class of 5th years is stacked this season, but they've been in the mix at this stage of the tournament since those same guys were sophomores (and frankly they had a better season last year when those guys weren't in their 5th year).choochooCharlie wrote: ↑Mon May 13, 2024 5:39 pmExactly. So yes I think CNU takes a step back next season as they build on a new core. But I don't think it'll be as big of a step back as some believe.
