Hawks, unfortunately, will have to re-shuffle things for next year.

Top seniors/graduates are gone, some good talent in next year's pool - but more likely you'll see a steady stream of Richmond from the A-10, not exactly a thrill-a-minute style of play. Unless one of the other A-10s can challenge Richmond, which they have not shown they can.

UVA offense looked sharp, may be a product of horrific St Joes defense. UVA did not look very sharp on D or in the clearing game, though it did improve in the second half

The Wahoo ladies lacrosse team just left. I gather they play Florida tomorrow.

The gals cheered hard for Cormier.

Nice group. Every ladies lacrosse team I’ve ever met is the most pleasant group of humans, I swear. UVA’s same deal.

UVA played with some fire in their bellies today. You can give some credit to Schutz who came out angry. I thought the team took his lead early.

I’d also give credit to Chizmar; that kid really hustles.

St Joseph’s is a very Canadian team on offense. Tough in ways to contain them. I’m not sold on UVA’s one on one defense. Nor frankly their man down.

For all the bellyaching about Nunes, I thought he played well between the pipes.

Ghobriel plus Collucci was strong enough at FOGO.

Maybe the Wahoos are back on track? Next game obviously will be much harder.

Congrats to Cormier for his record goals beating out O’Keefe. That kid has a nose for the goal.
