I lived a few blocks from there for 4 years and always enjoyed the extremely eclectic clientele. Outside of a place in old city where you could get a six pack of PBR tall boys, in the cans, at the bar for 5 dollars, Frank’s might have been my Philly favorite. For outstanding, upscale Mexican in a great environment, try Tequillas. And for extraordinary Cuban in a dream setting, you have two options, Cuba Libre Ana Alma de Cuba, get a reservation and go to one of those places.
Dive Bar.
Dive Living.
Trocadero was also another part of that Dive lifestyle in Phila back then.
Dirty Franks, Trocadero, Khyber Pass, Copabanana, JC Dobbs, London.

Anyone know when referee assignments are made ?
I wonder if that crew works today ? if so, they will be under the microscope.
Expect to hear pleas for instant replay throughout todays broadcast.

Different officiating crews on each of the quarterfinal games.

I understand your pain, but ND's tender actually had a better statistical day than his counterpart at the other end. Indeed the best statistical day of any of the 4 tenders.

And sheesh, UVA's was only 33%, having only been 37.5% against Robert Morris last week.

The crazy thing is that ND's tender actually had the highest saves % of any of the 4 tenders yesterday! 44%

Probably a reasonable bet that a couple of the tenders today will be above 50%.

I expected to see higher saves % this year due to the shot clock rule creating more rushed time shots per game. In some games that's happening, it seems, but not across the board.

I lived at 1901 south street in 1992 working for Nader. We’d go there every day after work. Sometimes Bob and Barbs. Ralph drank for free

You only make THAT CALL if you are right on the spot and absolutely certain. Just based on physics he should have known not to make that call. Awful.
THAT CALL AND FEW OTHERS AS WELL.NOT A STELLER DAY FOR THE OFFICIALS.

What an end to that first quarter in the LY-PSU game. This is going to be a ton of fun. With Arceri already have 2 face-off violations, Loyola can control the X for the entire half.

Wow, this is impressive. Loyola helpless to stop the onslaught. PSU offense is a sight to watch, they could hit 20 in the 3rd quarter.

It was fun while it lasted. If PSU is going to win at the face-off X, forget it. Game over.

So ironic that there are broadcast troubles coming from the stadium where UConn plays football.

This sport has become a joke. From refs determining outcomes to inability to produce TV content for the championship tournament. Enjoy the softball.
