Wow!! Just watched the compressed highlights. Madness indeed!!

Well done, Yale!

Between tv, tablet, & phone I have today's Ivy covered.
But come on! Maybe staggered gametimes, athletic dept guys? It's Daylight Savings: nice wide daylight window. Maybe because of ncaa hoops?

Next up, San Diego State, last year's D1 runner-up. I have no idea who or how much the Aztecs have lost to graduation, early entry into the NBA draft etc, but probably as tough an opponent as Yale could get. Bring em on! GO YALE!!

Dartmouth hosting Penn in Hanover at noon NOT being moved....because of the weather!

Dartmouth lady laxers are smarter than the men...as they bumped their game to Sunday (see sunny and toasty forecast below). Girls are generally smarter than boys, as we know. ;)

Well, Quakers, welcome to frigid, wet woods of granitetown. Shades of Harvard game in Hanover last year? Frozen fingers crossed!

Using an orange ball, and shovelers to clear lines as needed. Face off guys were using sticks to shovel snow off the X. Play ball!

New Hampshire in March... As for Massachusetts, from what I've see, Harvard being behind by a goal or 2 in the first half is like Harvard being ahead.

For me I just think it's ridiculous to be playing a game like this (with serious playoff implications) in this type of weather. Mind boggling!!

That game should not have been played. Hard to even call it a lacrosse game in those conditions. That forecast was known for several days. Should have called an audible and moved to Sunday. Or what they really should have done was pay off that cranky lady a few years ago who prevented Dartmouth from building a full 120 yard indoor facility.

I don't think it should have been played. Glad nobody got hurt, at least. You wouldn't play an ice hockey game if the ice surface wasn't up to snuff; you shouldn't play lacrosse -- a game with a significant ground component with snow covering the field.

Until NCAA lacrosse follows the baseball model (playoffs start, don't end, Mem Day Wknd), this is a winter sport. In most conferences in baseball, the teams have been playing for a month after classes end before playoffs start. The NCAA Lax schedule is dictated by the super-long playoff period, eating up valuable spring weeks that should be regular season.

That was Kabriris breakthrough game imo. Fine season already but that was it - look out.
Now I love those cowboys, I love their gold
Love my uncle, God rest his soul
Taught me good, Lord, taught me all I know
Taught me so well, that I grabbed that gold
I left his dead ass there by the side of the road, yeah
