Should have been a save and a re-set and ball back to G-town w/ re-set 60 sec. shot clock.
I wish they had shown a replay, because that was a big call; if there's no whistle, Georgetown probably ices out the game right then and there. There was like 5 seconds on the shot clock when the shot was released so that couldn't have been the call. Maybe a moving pick or a Hoya stepped in the crease?

Ironically they have been there before, since they won at Arlotta two years ago. Warne is a character -- whether you love his antics or hate them, he's authentic and wears his emotions on his sleeves. It's not my style to be sure, but as long as it's connecting with his players and with recruits I'm not gonna complain.

I thought they called a moving pick on that

You must be fun at parties.

He tripped in the scrum and it was an awesome recovery, especially in that jacket.

What a win!!!! Party at the Tombs tonight

Go Hoyas.

Honestly even if he didn’t trip (he did), who cares if he rolls on the ground? I love the excitement from him. Pure joy. Everyone who plays for Warne loves the guy.

I almost rolled on my living room floor, I was that happy for them even though I have absolutely zero connection to Georgetown.

It really isn’t because it’s genuine whether it was intentional or a trip. Either way that is who he is. That is why his players love him and can do something like they did today after a rocky start. It’s a huge win for the team and his emotion is something the boys, the parents , recruits and alums all understand and feed off of.

LfGH!

That wasn’t intentional. That is the downside of being old and excited

Loved seeing the Hoyas respond each time Notre Dame tried to go on a run. Especially since the announcers so clearly thought ND was going to pull this one out.

Love the 1983 era Starter jacket! Gangster hall of fame. And that was not intentional, he was pushed

Is this nice or a “flip cars in eastern market” kind of win?

Congratulations to the Hoyas, who have been up and down while facing decent opposition. Maybe the defending champs will benefit from losing to a good team after waltzing through an early underwhelming schedule.

I know it’s gentrified a lot I just like the idea of rioting in SE DC.

Dredge some bodies out of Anacostia and talk trash about sugar Ray Leonard’s wife while partying like weekend at Bernie’s in the hood.

You’d have to gentrify A LOT to have rioting over a lacrosse game. 😂

Congrats to the Hoyas -- great defensive game plan; great day in net by Anderson Moore who is a special player; and above all, great composure shown by players and coaches during that roller coaster ride of a second half. Bravo!

Haley might be the smoothest assist man in DI.

------

I think you're looking at a 5-10 RPI W by the end of the year, which will come in handy for G-town.

LOTS of season to go, but definitely nice to have that in pocket.
