if riding in college is such a yuge part of the game, not giving up ground to anyone... why does he reference only the same 2 teams for years now? and the kavanaughs, of course!!!

Are Quint and Dixon really getting on Melendez's case for releasing a shot as the refs blow the whistle? It was bang-bang. Give me a break.

Huge GB by Ayers to keep possession there.

Good things happen pretty much every time English touches the ball

This new turf is causing trouble for both teams. How many guys have fallen over on D?

Almost always.

You're seeing now why the staff likes Bauer. Like having another Angelus out of the midfield. Some great pinpoint feeds.

Q the K's shilling for professional lacrosse is another of his blather parameters...

The best part of halftime is that we only have to face 30 more minutes of Mikey Weishaar. What a phenomenal player.

I love that our attack and O middies are relentless in getting the ball back. But it would be even better if we didn't put the ball on the ground so much.

Cleaned up the amateur clearing mistakes from the 1Q, which is good.

That defensive set after the last timeout was the best our D has looked this year.

Oh, and the new turf sucks.

Of all the Quint-isms, I find this one particularly annoying.

I really do wish they'd take a few more of the transition opportunities.

Nah if it's against us it doesn't count

That one ref has now a) kicked the ball so Peshko couldn't picked it up b) missed the Towson player stepping on the sideline five seconds later c) tackled 5'7'' Dylan Bauer

I feel like they were intentionally keeping poles/ SSDMs on there, despite not having a numbers advantage. That's fine if its Smith or Raposo. I'm less confident with the other guys. Better to sub out and run your offense.

Callahan has been great this year, especially considering he had to battle Stathakis in the first game. Towson's FOGO could be called for a violation everytime. He just flops on Callahan's stick every time he loses the clamp (which is basically every time).

That Chauvette low-to-high rip ellicits an involuntary "OHHHHHH!" from me every time. Never gets old.

I think most of our poles/dm have the skills to thrive in transition and would like to see them try

Kid went to work this summer. Was always a bulldog and a solid technician but now his hand speed appears improved.

Unless he's hurt, would like to see Dunn out there a bit in the 4th to get him going a bit. We're going to need both of them this year. He was 20/32 against Towson two years ago.

This team can really push transition when it wants to. Deans and Smith are freight trains coming down the field.

LSMs, agree. Not sure we want Szuluk taking rips though. I was probably still thinking of that when I commented!
