can we take a second to appreciate the Will Peden career arc? I thought the kid was a stud as a freshman, and was annoyed that I didn’t have the right pick to draft him (I had him pretty high on my rankings). to just fall off the radar entirely the next year? weird

had the same problem with Andrew milani at towson, great points as a freshman, maybe even got their leagues freshman of the year. First game as a sophmore, 2or 3 goals, after that moved to middy and never really scored again and then moved on to Tampa and doesn't play.. weird career arc

I forgot that kid existed until you mentioned him.

Think the problem is partly on linear expectations too. Like at work, what’s your budget (revenue)? Last year + 10-25% (depending on industry). Why? Because it sounds good.
