Lol. Right. I don’t think anybody has actually walked their cat, snail, parrot or any other exotic pet over to practice. I detect a healthy bit of sarcasm being directed at the former player who is moonlighting as 4-5 different user names saying he’s just a towny who walks by and watches practice in order to lay the groundwork for trolling his more successful former teammates.

But what would be REALLY pathetic and creepy is if the player who quit was actually going over to watch the practices of his old team just to try to troll them on the net. That’s even sadder than just wasting your time trolling.

 “Nick the snail”. Love it.

You know what is really sad DeepPocket is that you come and go from this thread and respond about every 4 months. Either in the beginning of the school year when fall ball starts or in January when the season is about to start, or even when the season ends in May you respond. Seems very creepy as if you' re a coach of some team hahahahahah. Jackass! You also bring such detail to the thread of past guys, present, and future prospects. While also giving information about people I have never heard of. Not only that you know what guy received this award when he played and what kind of players are going to be returning for the next season. What I am trying to say is don't bite the hand that feeds you big guy. Whatever you have done in the past and things that you may said are never forgotten. Remember there is always someone who is watching your next move.

I’m going to go ahead and let you continue your sad tirade against the team that didn’t play you as much as you wanted. I’m out.

Thank you for pulling up some of my best lines. But I have wasted enough breath on this thread and just wanted to express my input over the last couple of weeks. I can't and will not become the man I want to be if I stay and reply to you trolls over this nonsensical game you call lacrosse. Wish the best for the gents in the coming season. (You know who you are!) In the wise words of Heath Ledger "You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain." Don't stop kissing my Ace. (Asgot) A little less pickle ball playing and little more coaching Brandon. (DeepPocket)

My goodness. You're acting like a crazy woman in the Target parking lot that speeds through the spots and throws a tirade when someone driving legally down the appropriate lane doesn't yield for you. Then speeds back around to roll down your window and confirm your insanity. The personal attacks are a defense mechanism. I feel for you. Sometimes lax/life doesn't go your way for whatever reason. Happens to all of us. Have the courage to accept it, learn from it, and move on.

Game week!! As I know there are no real answer created in the fall but What are you looking for in this weekends scrimmages?

Does Russo play? Who holds down the 3rd and 4th spots at attack. Can Russo and Townsend make the move from EMO specialist to full time players?

Middies - there is a lot of talent in the freshmen Class but do any of them break into the top 6

Defense who replaces Hull

LSM who is the next man up for Greene

SSDM - who provides depth at that position.

Goalie- does #0 solidify his spot or does the competition continue to the spring.

Coaches- do the new coaches bring a spark team that gets them over the jump or is it a learning year

Nick, if you make it down there, try to put all the playing time related sour grapes aside and give as honest a summary as possible.

Seriously. G*d damn. My dude is in his last semesters of college, with all the available guilty pleasures, and he’s wasting his evenings on here, with a Rolodex of screen names attempting to troll kids and coaches who likely don’t even come and read the ramblings of us old heads.

A year from now when he’s driving home from work to pay bills (if he’s lucky) like the rest of us, he will wish he had just one more night in college. Guaranteed he wouldn’t waste it like this….

Damn coach! Maybe try putting your ego aside and stop glazing people on a forum. Building relationships with your guys seems to be a weak point.

Seeing the coach on here bitching about his players is sad. York is an elite d3 program. Never seen a successful program that has beef between coaches and players. Elite programs have coaches that the players love. Learn to treat them like people and not pawns in your game of chess. Respect warrents respect.

I’m not a coach, and you’re no longer a player, so this is an odd take. You seem real banged up, maybe go talk in real life to the people or person who you’re upset with :|

Or just stick to your initial plan, create another name that we will all still know is you, and keep coming back here to waste your time arguing with people who aren’t who you think they are….

What the heck man, no fair. He thought I was the coach first, and that meant something to me…. But in all seriousness, if you’re the dude creating random new internet names in a sad/weird attempt to attack a team you’re no longer on, I don’t care what the specifics of your situation were, it’s pretty obvious that YOU were the problem.

With so many random people watching practices at York, how about someone providing the rest of us a heads up on who should be starting this weekend?

Apparantly Ryan Kennedy not happy with any of his players, thinks hes better than all of them. Trying to find yet another year of eligibility.

Yes. It should be interesting. I’m looking forward to hearing who showed well. Lots of talent looking to fill these spots, first world problem, wonder who gets the first look in each.

I don’t know if this is a controversial opinion, I changed my mind, but I think the goalie spot is wide open and anyone can compete for it in the spring.

Thinking goalies split the games. 0 and 8, two strong options, both need a look here. Keogh, Grayson and Mahorney at midfield to start, then not much drop off to dynamic second and third midfield mixes with Roper, Morton, Berard, Hines and Russo (bringing his experience and speed up to midfield like Clarke last year). All of them have the potential to be a threat from up top, and can bring their shorty behind the goal and invert from there. Attack by my guess will be Harnick, Townsend and Fisher. Blackmon, Biava and Ridgeway at D, but don’t count out some of these towering youngsters in a matchup specific situation. LSM will see Rubeling and Snodgrass splitting time, taking their turn, and keeping fresh legs out there.

Just my thoughts.
