It’s pathetic how the typical posters attack a friend of the forum who asked a question with a question mark at the end. Jerks

I don't think the Israelis give a rats rear end about their people being used as human shields. Hamas just effed up in a huge way. Not to be insensitive about the fate of these Israeli citizens. IMO any Israeli citizen understands this is a risk they live with everyday. I don't know how Netanahu will respond but it will be brutal. I think when he said we are at war he meant it. War is hell and that is what the next few weeks will be like.
wouldn't be the first time you'd likely be dead wrong about something.
This is one of those things I would be very happy to be dead wrong about. If you don't understand why then you truly are an industrial strength dumbass. Maybe you can put on your thinking cap and share with us your wisdom. How do you see a happy ending to this? Enlightened us all how this plays out...
Quite an assumption on your part as I provided an opinion about considerations the IDF would likely have to deal with when contemplating their next move . No idea how you came to your conclusion about my POV but you do seem to be an expert DUMBASS yourself when it comes to such things and you look like one in this case.

No US tax dollars were sent to Iran, no "infusion into Tehran from the US. Iranian funds frozen in South Korea were transferred to Qatar. That money can only be spent on humanitarian supplies. None of the funds have even been spent yet. This was an attack by a terrorist organization on Israel and, more specifically, on Israeli civilians.

Honest question, do you like that song?
Dude a young pup like you don't get it. The 80s were not about the music. It was MT and music video. Most of the music back then sucked. It was about those newfangled made for MTV videos.
Not that young. If my socks from age 11-15 could speak they would say that I am the devil and you should never put me in a room with an image of a young Serena altschul.

Equally problematic for anything wanting to stay dry within a 3-6ft range of my midsection was anytime the Eternal Flame video came on or the video for Heaven on Earth.

And for the record Tawny Kitain (sp?) could beat me like Chuck Finley daily if she rocked around the hood of a car like she does in the epic Whitesnake video. Frankly, she and Stephanie Seymour (see a few years later the November Rain video, Axl roses former wife who abused him per court records) could curb stomp me like I was being initiated into the Crips and I’d still need a new pair of undershorts and a cigarette afterwards.

I am quite aware of early MTV. the Money for nothing video from one of my favorite bands (ine if their worst songs though) - https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=wTP2RUD_cL0

I understand you want to lighten the mood. What humor do you find in the repercussions that are about to happen? This is not about Israel and Hamas this is about Israel and Iran. This is the chitstorm that has been years in the making. Ask yourself this question what nation could have organized such a sophisticated and well planned attack? If your clueless as I think you might be do a little bit of research.
Really, that's the inference you draw from my question? You and I process things a little differently, I see.

He's says it's a shame
You know it may be a game
Ah but I won't play to lose

He's burning the grass
He take up a glass
He swallow it neat
He crosses the floor
He open the door
He take a sniff of the street

And she tell him that he's crazy
She's a-saying hey baby
I'm your wife
Yeah she tell him that he's crazy
For gambling a-with his life

But he climbs on his horse
You know he feels no remorse
He just kicks it alive
His motor is fine
He take it over the line
Until he's ready to dive

And she tells him that he's crazy
Yes she's saying listen baby
I'm your wife
Yeah she tell him that he's crazy
For gambling with his life

He sticks to his guns
He take the road as it comes
It takes the shine off his shoes
He's says it's a shame
You know it may be a game
Ah but I won't play to lose
He sticks to his guns
He take the road as it comes
It takes the shine off his shoes

He's too fast to stop
He take it over the top
He make a line in the news

So what about " hey Mickey" ?? She was the ultimate buzz kill playing the role of a cartoon like cheerleader.
I’d rather use the image of Darryl Hannah in Blade Runner for my needs post “personal discovery of my body”

Episode 74 of YA and the Algorithmics: Just Putting Sh*t Out There?

No US tax dollars were sent to Iran, no "infusion into Tehran from the US. Iranian funds frozen in South Korea were transferred to Qatar. That money can only be spent on humanitarian supplies. None of the funds have even been spent yet. This was an attack by a terrorist organization on Israel and, more specifically, on Israeli civilians.

But guys like you and JD Vance and Stephen Miller (nice company, YA, a bootlicking liar and a racist) have to echo out some false points. Any chance you could get a hold of yourself one of these days?
Honest question, do you like that song?
Dude a young pup like you don't get it. The 80s were not about the music. It was MT and music video. Most of the music back then sucked. It was about those newfangled made for MTV videos.
Not that young. If my socks from age 11-15 could speak they would say that I am the devil and you should never put me in a room with an image of a young Serena altschul.

Equally problematic for anything wanting to stay dry within a 3-6ft range of my midsection was anytime the Eternal Flame video came on or the video for Heaven on Earth.

It was an awful song by the band. The video actually made the song. Alchemy was the first Dire Straits album I heard and then I went back. Love that band.
One of my favorite bands. Was very close to having Mark Knopfler play our wedding. $18k plus travel, incidentals and reasonable BS + per diem. Would’ve been inside $25k all in. And it wasn’t a cheap wedding but that was a bridge I couldn’t cross even if I could pull it off having somebody like that play a wedding for a poor kid from crappy upstate NY. Not like I’m in that Bezos universe where JayZ is playing my kids Barmitsvah, that would’ve been my play.

If you are a fan and haven’t heard this, last track from their live at BBC album around 1978-79. Love incredible version of Tunnel of Love.

(Don’t forget to check out the Roots “How I got Over” album like I mentioned. You will be thanking me when you get a chance to listen to that)

I actually haven’t seen it. At the time I had this visceral reaction to normalizing behavior that felt inhuman even if the concept as a warning sign or signal could be effective and provocative. I’ve got a strong bit of Paul Proteus in me.

Since then just time and inertia. But probably should check it out some day. Phoenix is a good actor though sometimes feels a bit over the top even by method/DDL standards when it comes to solemn or morose expressions. Still, give me Harold and Maude every day of the week and twice on Sunday if I need a lesson on humanity.
