Coastal near the top 25. Would love to see that but they just lost their big gun to V Tech.

They were far from a one girl team last year and 4 of top 5 scorers will be back. They have their strongest recruiting class ever and their 2024 class is even better. They are getting girls who 2 years again they would have had no chance with, including a girl from Long Island who should be instant impact.

For CCU, it's a matter of when, not if, they break into top 20. If not this year, certainly within two year.

Hope so. Just don’t see it that soon. They went from 80 something to 60 which was great. But Downey leaving is gonna crush them this year. Was down there twice the last year at id’s. Didn’t think there was much top end talent at their camps compared to some of the other ones my daughter attended. Doesn’t mean anything I know. But Also don’t like Girardi doing one and done. Would’ve liked her staying there a few more years.

Agree on VT. If UVA and Duke are 14/15 then VT should be higher than 28. Those three programs will battle it out for the middle of the ACC. Could include Clemson as well.

While I agree Duke massively underachieved last year, let's remember they had their 4th and 5th string goalies, both of whom had never gotten any D1 minutes before, playing a majority of the season. If they would have just had their starting goalie or even an average D1 goalie all year, they probably finish 10-7 or 11-6 and make the 2nd round of the NCAA tourney
