A real problem effecting poor kids needing help. The republiCON state administration claims it is not their problem. State judge says otherwise. The state administration is going back to court to try to overturn the judge's ruling, instead of addressing the problem.

They don't care about them after they are forced by republiCONs to be born into a world that doesn't want them or in situations where the newborn's health problems will make their lives short and hellish.
