Jumbo is spot on. Berkman and Staff completely out-coached/out-classed Tufts. Salisbury executed to near perfection. Jumbos nation is sad.

So now the narrative is that Tufts is still the best team of all time but the coach screwed them up and cost them a national championship.

They might have the best talent in D3. And they could be the most supported program (all the money, swag, equipment, facilities, etc). The best video team. But the coaching staff let them down. The bigger the game, the more this coaching staff lets the players down.

Time for some humble pie for this team and parents.

Tough lineup to crack but he should still have two years of eligibility left to do so, right?

Believe he has two years based on medical redshirt and Covid.

After seeing him land at Duke and Chase Yager at UVA as a grad student (from Harvard, from Amherst), it’s worth mentioning the many high quality institutions and caliber programs players have gone to since Amherst.

Kudos to both Coach Thompson for his recruiting, and to Coach Woods for his continued and future success in leading the program. The Mammoths should continue to recruit well.

2020 (undergrad graduation year):
Duke - Jon Coffey
Villanova - Jimmy McAfee
Philadelphia Barrage (MLL): Colin Minicus

2021:
Johns Hopkins - Gib Versfeld

2022:
Harvard & Virginia - Chase Yager
Cornell - Charles Packard
Dartmouth - Colin Niehaus
Notre Dame Fball & Lax - Sam Assaf
Queens - Chris Wozencroft

2023:
Duke - Brock Gonzalez

The broadcast this weekend also noted how TJ Malone of Penn State was an Amherst commit up until spring of his senior year at The Haverford School (PA).

Hearing that Rainville from Conn will be headed to HPU for a 5th year. Picked the Panthers over Jacksonville and Utah. Exciting stuff from the Camels!

Amherst has talent but have never won a NESCAC championship. They are underachieving based on the talent they have.

Unfortunately that will be challenging to find out in the public. Tufts faced several lawsuits for copyright violations over their YouTube content particularly their documentaries and was forced to take everything down. They have since relaunched without use of copyrighted content, I don’t know if it went much past that but I believe it scared the administration to a degree.

They must of had monetization on or something...you don't get copyright strikes unless you're making money off of it. I had the 2015/2014 downloaded and then had my hard drive wiped, rip. I know for a fact someone has the 2015 downloaded somewhere
