Nice article, it did look as if Cuse got the mojo back in the JMU game, took 'em a quarter or so but they did get it back.
Am thinking about Jenny Markey, that speedy one would be mighty nice to have for this game. What a match up this game is!!!!

I'd say they got it back against Johns Hopkins. Hopkins isnt' anything super special but beating them by 17 is.

Yup, my bad, that's actually what I meant to say.

Cuse 16 - BC 15
Re: Syracuse v. Boston College 5:30 pm 5/26/2023
I'll say 13-12 Syracuse.
Cuse has the edge on the draw, offense, and goalie. I give BC an edge on defense, though it may depend on which Syr defense shows up. Assessing the coaching edge is next to impossible, given all the interconnections, familial and otherwise. But let's say edge to BC based on experience.
The "what have you done for me lately" factor is also somewhat hard to judge. Syr went into a (not a death) spiral at the end of the season, but has pulled out of it nicely in the NCAAs. BC had a bang up end to its season, but then (arguably) almost lost to Penn before trouncing ND (who's your daddy?). I'm calling this a wash.
BC has been money in semifinal games of late (credit to the coaching staff for getting them ready and up for these games), but has (except once) crashed and burned in the finals (blame to staff?). Whether blame or not, we are talking semifinal here so BC gets an edge for big (semifinal) game readiness.
Syracuse is the better team and the better team usually wins. Usually.
Sorry sea. I know you'd prefer me to trash the Orange and pick the Eagles. Reverse karma as it were.

Such a hard game to predict. BC had some early miss steps and SU had some late ones but both seem to be firing on all cylinders right now. SU gets the ever so slight nod because of faceoffs and the motivation factor (BC humiliating them at home by ruining their coronation with that epic comeback)

Interesting FG from BC. Baker on M Tyrell but they do switch if needed. Wonder how long they stick with that.

Boy, does anybody want this game?

Very poor shot placement and decision making by the Cuse offense. BC is trying to deny the Cuse offense from running through its attack as much as possible and just letting the SU middies make poor decisions and taking bad shots.
If BC stops turning the ball over on bad passes and playing at a more elite level, it's definitely game over. Delaney isn't seeing the ball well at all.

Syracuse has got to get back to what they were doing at the beginning of the game, which is shooting off stick high. Don’t think the Boston goalie has any saves there.
Re: Syracuse v. Boston College 5:30 pm 5/26/2023
Don’t know if it is nerves, but this is a really poorly played game by both teams.
Re: Syracuse v. Boston College 5:30 pm 5/26/2023
I say it every game if Tyrell doesn't show up (for whatever reason) then the Cuse offence looks anemic.
It seems to affect their whole offence, Carney, E Tyrell, etc.
