Johns Hopkins 2023
Re: Johns Hopkins 2023
How many pipes have we hit
Re: Johns Hopkins 2023
Needed that goal form Angelus.
Re: Johns Hopkins 2023
Degnon is a better player than Dobson. Dobson is way overrated. Good shot. Not much else.

Two pipes and Grimes playing catch twice with Entenmann. Oh well.
Re: Johns Hopkins 2023
Lol I cannot believe they called that slash. Kavanaghs flopping their way to the semis. UVA gonna wreck their sh*t for the third time this season
Re: Johns Hopkins 2023
Kavanaugh took a wack right at his stomach after the ball was gone. He deserved that right back. Can’t believe they called that. Total nonsense.

When they're not flopping, they're taking themselves out of a quarterfinal to rest. What's not to like?primitiveskills wrote: ↑Sun May 21, 2023 5:08 pmI just deleted several replies about the Kavanaghs before I sent them. I am not impressed. Go UVa
Jays didn't play great today, but kept it respectable — did a lot better vs. ND than most did. Good season. Jays are back in the mix. All we could have asked for.

Smith and Szuluk today showing why all these AA lists are nonsense
Re: Johns Hopkins 2023
It's a very small consolation but Smith basically took Pat Kav out of the Tewaaraton race todayprimitiveskills wrote: ↑Sun May 21, 2023 5:11 pm Smith and Szuluk today showing why all these AA lists are nonsense

Excellent season and they fought to the end. Blue Jays were a solid quarterfinals-caliber (top 8) team and played like one.
Hopkins is back.
Return a lot of key contributors next season, although we will definitely miss Mazzone and Narewski.
Just sorry the season is over for this team.

Begin their restoration to the elite ranks.DocBarrister wrote: ↑Thu May 05, 2022 7:42 pm Next season may be among the most crucial in the program’s history.
Does Johns Hopkins begin their restoration to the elite ranks?
Or does the program continue a decade-long decline?

Congratulations to the Johns Hopkins lax community on a great season in which the Jays navigated what looked in pre-season to be a killer schedule and showed out well in the tournament.

Congratulations to the Johns Hopkins lacrosse community for a season that exceeded expectations. Great to see Hop back where it belongs.
