Why do you suggest it would be an upset ???
So they do this thing called seeding and it’s an ordinal ranking of position from 1-8. 1 being the top seed. In general, perhaps different in certain circumstances in discrete math or quantum physics which I’m unaware of, 3 in this ordinal system is considered to be favored over 6.

I'm actually quite familiar with quantum theory thanks to my Hopkins education and I would suggest a seeding by the NC$$ is without significant merit...

Power Rankings and Massey both have ND as 1.

ND can beat anybody except UVA, UVA can beat anybody except Duke, and Duke can beat anybody except for ND.

Turnovers already hurting the Blue Jays.

That’s ND’s MO.

Solid quarter from the Blue Jays. Cavanaughs are not running wild (yet).

Go Blue Jays!

Someone's going to have to explain to me when destroying the guy setting the pick is a penalty and when it is not.

PM needed to call a timeout on that long stretch of D.

I don’t really see Hopkins having any problems keeping pace with ND, unless something significant changes,

Hopkins doing the usual shooting themselves in the foot, stepping in the crease, not hitting the open man keeping your head up, letting the shot clock expire.

And just like that,

only 2 goals down, no real dominance from ND,
and the spastic, neurotic play returns for Hopkins.

Irish D has a lot to do with that.

Hopkins O needs to open up more. I understand the need to get good shots against Entenmann, but a shot is better than no shot. Take the shots. At least make Entenmann work for the win.

Been an issue all year. Very weird considering the even-strength zone offense has been good

Blue Jays can still win this. Hopkins D is playing well enough and Smith is doing a real job on Pat Cavanaugh.

Hopkins needs to make adjustments on O. Don’t know what … hope Crawley and PM do. ND D has been excellent as expected.

Keep winning FOs and Hopkins has a shot.
