And also, UM is in the mix now,
PSU is in: top 10 RPI, 4-1 against (current) top-10

With RPI of 20ish , 2-4 against (current) top-10, UM needs the AQ.
Did Penn State just become a 6-8 seed instead of a possible 3-5 seed?

PSU has dropped to RPI #8: https://pro.lacrossereference.com/rpi-d ... ifospeivmd

They're in, but a seed is now iffy.

Michigan face-off man and unit played real well today, giving them a lot of possessions.

4-3 Penn State early.
Michigan needs to make a change in goal.

Taylor comes off the bench for 8 saves, 5 GA.

I take full credit for Michigan’s victory.

You would have been wise to leave the other goalie in, b/c Taylor may very well be the goalie that makes you drink more Cognac.
Drinking cognac is an unchanging constant of the universe, like Einstein’s cosmological constant.

Really impressive growth from Michigan and frankly penn state.
Boehm can really fly, the freshman goalie came in and was very good and their faceoff work was fantastic. I don't know what michigans big ten tournament record was before today, but big opportunity this weekend.

The preseason rankings for most big ten teams were incredibly off. Amazing not sure what happened there. Penn State not getting votes in either poll. Michigan not getting votes in one. Hopkins getting votes only in both.

When Hubble's study of nearby galaxies showed that the universe was in fact expanding, Einstein regretted modifying his elegant theory and viewed the cosmological constant term as his "greatest mistake"

So was it my imagination but did the B!G network decide not to provide a shot clock on the broadcast. The TV I was watching at the gym had a slightly cut-off screen so maybe it was in the upper corner. I kinda of doubt it but wouldn't be surprised it was given the short shift on type of thing.

They added it to the scorebug in the second half. Inexcusable for it not to be there from the beginning

Up is down, down is up this year,

maybe PSU squeezes into an at large and turns it on in the NCAAs.

Looks like a 20 min delay on start of game two according to BTN.

It was there. In the main score/clock box, smaller digits, to the left of the main clock.

Not real easy to see.

I would just keep feeding Melendez for the shot until his arms fall off.

I mean,
you’ve got to just pass it to the open man,
no way those skip passes get through Terp’s defense.

This is true 👍👍
But then in the late 20th century, it was discovered that the universe was not only expanding, but that the expansion was accelerating. The cosmological constant then made a comeback, no longer denigrated as Einstein’s huge mistake, but as a representation of “dark energy.” Then more confusion ensued and exploring the true nature of the constant is a major area of research today.

In other words, the cosmological constant was first lauded as an important corrective measure, then as a huge mistake, then as a redeemed triumph, and then after a very confusing performance, an enigma …

… sort of like Peter Milliman’s tenure as head coach at Hopkins.
