Blue Jays are playing too cute with their mix-and-match lineups. Don’t understand these lapses that have plagued the Blue Jays all season.

Turnovers are obviously a killer, but what are we even doing on defense in the second quarter? Jaronski whiffs on Siracusa. Erksa inexplicably not closed out at 10 yards. Marcille diving for a loose ball 5 yards away from goal. Ballwatching galore on the last goal. Maryland shouldn't have more than 1 goal.

Stop listening to Dixon and use your own eyes. The Peshko-Grimes-McDermott line has not changed once all game. The only mixing and matching has been rotating English, Evans, and Chauvette on the other line with Collison. It's no more mixing than we've done all year. In fact, it might be less.

The offense is generating good looks when they don't turn it over. Finishing has left a lot to be desired though. Degnon looks off today. The combination of turnovers and weaker than usual finishing won't get it done. At least one of those has to stop in the second half.

Yeah, the rotation isn't the problem. Have been doing that all year. Maryland is playing well on D, but we haven't really exploited weaknesses. For example, they have no answer for Collison on the low wing, but we don't seem to want to go there.

I can see maybe the question of Chauvette and the Marquis on the EMO but I'd bet this is more a matter of seeing what options they might have for down the road. Hopkins is getting into the tournament so there is some leeway to try some new things.

What is more concerning is the absolute collapse of off ball defense. Too many cutters. Happened alot 2 Saturdays and hasn't been corrected.

Better now than next week. They'll get it fixed

One thing that needs to be fixed is our tendency to let teams off the hook. This is a Penn St redux.

Tell ya what we could do. We could rehash Murphy leaving.

No that’s been settled … a bad loss for Hopkins.

The camera keeps panning to Milliman every time Murphy scores. Probably just a coincidence.

Maybe we should also rehash why Marcille couldn't beat out Kirson last year. Because it's not super hard to see
