Just crazy Miller did a ton of good things for St Johns who’s just structurally a hard case program.gymman1031 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 21, 2023 2:05 pmNot in their game results, but in their efforts and performances. Now I love those cowboys, I love their gold
Love my uncle, God rest his soul
Taught me good, Lord, taught me all I know
Taught me so well, that I grabbed that gold
I left his dead ass there by the side of the road, yeah

Yes he did. The truth is, does St. John's have enough to offer to be competitive in the Big East?Farfromgeneva wrote: ↑Tue Mar 21, 2023 6:01 pmJust crazy Miller did a ton of good things for St Johns who’s just structurally a hard case program.gymman1031 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 21, 2023 2:05 pmNot in their game results, but in their efforts and performances. Re: Big East-2023
Hate to be negative. Yes, Georgetown has heated up. But after the way Denver lost to them, in addition to the Pioneers having a few more losses, they have to be among the most disappointing teams in DI right now. Due to the incentive with Tierney retiring, I thought they would be doing and looking a bit better.
Re: Big East-2023
As we head to final weekend I believe these are the scenarios -
Georgetown - win and 1st seed. Lose and second.
Nova - win and 1st. lose 2nd if Denver loses, 3rd if Denver wins
Denver - win and Georgetown wins 2nd. Win and Nova wins 3rd.
Providence - win and 4th.
Marquette - win and Providence loses 4th.
I think that is right.
Re: Big East-2023
Actually , if Nova and Denver both win that creates a 3 way tie at 4-1 and I guess goes to goal differential since each would be 1-1 vs the other two.

Hoping for an awesome showdown between Georgetown and Villanova.
Re: Big East-2023
I’d bet you’re going to get exactly that.

Actually, it was Marquette-Denver that was the awesome showdown! Marquette now has lost to the top three Big East teams in OT thrillers.

St. John’s should be relegated. What a disaster of a season and disaster of a program. Embarrassment to the Big East

New coach will turn it around. Played tough vs Denver and just took Providence to overtime.HockeyLaxGolf42 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 29, 2023 2:18 pm St. John’s should be relegated. What a disaster of a season and disaster of a program. Embarrassment to the Big East

Re: Big East-2023
I feel bad for Marquette not making the BE tournament on their home field. I think the BE should go to the same format as the B1G. It would be good to see Marquette rematch Providence in the first round if it was a 6 team format.gymman1031 wrote: ↑Fri Apr 28, 2023 9:32 pm Actually, it was Marquette-Denver that was the awesome showdown! I think Marquette, St. Johns, and Providence are trending up and the overall conference is improving. Great to see more than 3 contending teams.
