RFH looks very good. Their one loss is in OT at New Canaan. New Canaan is unbeaten and beat Ridgefield by 6 and Mamaroneck by 5. I understand that game is being played at Rutgers but don’t know what field; I wouldn’t think the stadium. It would be nice to know if there will be streaming.

Are you certain it's being played at Rutgers? I thought it was being played at Manhasset.fordmaddoxford wrote: ↑Mon Apr 17, 2023 6:10 pm RFH looks very good. Their one loss is in OT at New Canaan. Agree with everything regarding Manhasset, except for the fact a single digit game is playing to Manhasset's strength this year. CSH is going to have to play lights to have a chance.kr522 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 17, 2023 4:54 pm And Mt Sinai is playing BBP tomorrow. The winner of this game probably has the best chance to finish the season undefeated.
3 obvious games coming up for Manhasset that I’m paying close attention to (no idea how good Ridgefield or Rumson are).
- CSH, I don’t care about their record, they’ve played good competition all year and Bonn is probably going to figure out how to make this a 6-5 game
- GC, FOs and goalie play are key imo…if both teams hold to form it wouldn’t be a close game because Manhasset would dominate both, but GC will spit that Texas dust out of their mouths and defend their home turf hard
- Chaminade, they always save their best game for Manhasset. If the Indians were somehow from CT they could probably sneak up on them
Northport….is this about waiting for WM?

Certain? No. But that’s what I heard/read somewhere. And it does appear as “vs” on both teams’ schedules which tells me it’s a neutral site.JoeMauer89 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 17, 2023 7:18 pmAre you certain it's being played at Rutgers? We've got Connetquot on Saturday which will be a real challenge. I expect we might even be considered underdogs, but I don't know. They just lost in OT to WM. I think it's a three horse race for Suffolk A at this point.kr522 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 17, 2023 4:54 pm And Mt Sinai is playing BBP tomorrow. I think the team’s style seems more equipped to grinding out a game than many past teams under Cromwell’s tenure which usually seem offensively dominant. Maybe Mt Sinai loss in the playoffs was something of a turning point because that team was focused only on lighting the goal lamp, and last years team beat a better MtS team by controlling face offs and limiting chances…or maybe it’s just the personnel that make this team’s style, but I agree it’s a more defensively sound group. That said CSH lost a few players last year that don’t seem to be replaced well yet, and I’d say a low scoring game plays into their hands

Dennis Bonn May change some minds about a shot clock.

Personally I've always enjoyed CSH's ability to force better teams to play a 4-3 game.fordmaddoxford wrote: ↑Tue Apr 18, 2023 11:36 am Dennis Bonn May change some minds about a shot clock.

Re: Long Island 2023
I think that was from earlier in the year. The Nassau County Athletics site has the game at Manhasset. I'll try and do some digging, but I don't think this is going to be at Rutgers. I think it's at Manhasset. I could end up being wrong though!flyerfan17 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 18, 2023 7:16 amA pinned post on Manhasset_mlax instagram has the game at Rutgersfordmaddoxford wrote: ↑Mon Apr 17, 2023 8:06 pmCertain? I watched about10 minutes of a CSH practiceearlier this week. Coach Bonn was constantly telling the players "that's not the right shot". When the O did get the D moving and scored he was quick to say "that's it!" CSH D seemed to be gelling. Faceoffs still an issue so far. Tonight will be tough v. Manhasset.

Tyvm, and sorry to keep asking you guys every time there’s a big game coming up. Is there a place that lists the schedule and media service?
