Brown wins despite their incredibly sloppy play. Stats sheet tells the story but I ponied up the $30 for flowtv and the unforced turnovers were mind blowing. Theriault saves the day.

Brown wins 13-11. All I saw were stats, but it appears that Brown jumped out to a quick lead and Nova couldn’t close by he gap. Huge win for Brown and the Ivy League. Obviously, I would have dropped Nova in my poll had this game been yesterday.

Good win. Bears need to handle opp's pressure better, sooner or later Theriault (sp?) won't be able to bail them out. But a good win. I like Villanova's program, but I don't think they're the # 6/7 team in the country. Probably higher than 15, at best 10. Hope they win B.E., new blood is good.
I thought Campbell was too passive at times when he had the ball in the middle of the field and passed off even with no shot clock pressure. He's such a talent I would want him to work it and try to get a shot. But I don't know what his coaches want the offense to look like.
ETA: yep, $30 gone, but maybe another month's worth to watch some BigEast games.

Congratulations to Brown with a great win. With people bad mouthing the Ivies OOC results, this win against I believe the current #6 team in the country at their place is just a gut check win for a team that has looked adversity in the eye and never blinked. Great job by the players and coaches.

The Ivies are down...it's ok to admit that...you can instead take the Rover to the lake on Memorial day with your black lab Tuck and ponder about what could have been :D

The Bears needed to get some rust off. Good thing the z people’s goalie has been focused.

Hats off to the Brown Bears (Bruins?)... Great win for the team. Never sleep on Brown.

22 saves for the People's Goalie, Connor Theriault.

Used to be Bruins. Don't know when it changed: 1980's maybe?

Recollect an AD surveying alums as to preference - suspect Bruins won but he preferred Bears ….Brown’s srs. returning today was a return to order….all is well….college lacrosse’s premier goalie can make 20+ saves a game….5-1 Ivy record possible (Cornell at home)….come-back story within the season evolving…no post-game apology from the HC today…..Kelly’s return Saturday will add a dimension…a healthy Gunty will add to scoring ….got to reduce TO’s to less than CT’s saves …..

26 turnovers 😱 in a win 😳😳😳.

Hopefully the rust is all shook, because Princeton looks like they're back on track, and last year they were the only Ivy team that thumped Brown in the regular season losses.

Brown beating Villanova last night was the 5th biggest upset thus far this season. The top 4 are:

#4- Vermont beating Boston U, 14-12, on 02/11.
#3- Wagner beat Quinnipiac, 12-11 on 03/18.
#2- Brown again... Quinnipiac beat Brown, 11-10, on 02/18. and the #1 biggest upset thus far this season is...

Marquette beating Penn State, 12-11, on 03/18.

Huge game against Princeton on Saturday. Hopefully everyone shows up like they did for Nova minus the turnovers.

He is expected to return Saturday? Assume that means he's back at practice already.

Gunty availability is the real question--not encouraging that he was sidelined so quickly on Monday. He's having a fantastic year @ about 63% despite playing hurt.

77 did well, although most against 'Nova's backup. Sandoval in-&-out for Princeton too. The battle of the training staffs!

I don't know or care who's coming in next year, if the Bears were banking on a freshman to be their lead f/o guy next year that's a fail.
But let's play out this year, of course.
