I read more articles linked than you know. Some are informative and some are not. Do you read every link from every poster? Over time I have determined what links I believe are relevant. Links to Twitter and Facebook opinions have proven to be a waste of time. FTR I liked your analogy at the end of your post. My wife and I tip accordingly to service and quality. Top end is 25% low end is 15%.

In NYS when the police run a plate it will flag if the registration is expired. It can also flag if the driver is the registered owner that his/her license is expired.
