And the basic summary - Mueller knew he could not indict the president due to the long standing Justice Department policy. So any crime either has to get dealt with by Congress, or wait until Trump leaves office. Prosecutors looking at the (even redacted) report see a clear criminal case laid out in the report - just not one that Mueller would be able to bring. And because he could not bring the case - he defers a conclusion because it would be unfair to anyone who could not legally defend themselves in a court of law or court of impeachment. But the case is clearly there...dislaxxic wrote: ↑Fri Apr 19, 2019 10:15 amHere's how...6ftTrumpist wrote: ↑Thu Apr 18, 2019 8:15 pmHow do you obstruct an investigation into a crime that never happened. Yeah, ok.
So you're going with Hannity, are you? Or are you going to claim you came up with this nonsense on our own?
Fine.
What Hannity, er, sorry, You.... are telling me is that in June of 2016, Hillary knew she'd lose the election. Recall, everyone thought she'd win. Everyone. But you're telling me, nope. Hillary thought she'd lose in June, and is 20 steps ahead of the rest of the free world. So she hired Steele to put together the dossier in June of 2016, knowing the following would happen:
1. She knew she'd lose the election to Trump. This, of course, is the dumbest part of your entire theory. But, sure, lets dance.
2. She knew a rogue FBI agent---that Hillary doesn't know--- would take these notes from Steele and, obviously, apply for a fraudulent FISA warrant using this document, break laws to do it, and put his/her career on the line because.....well, you tell me. Boy, this is shaping up to be quite the crystal ball ol' Hillary is using, don't you think?
3. Hillary would then know that not one, not two, but three separate FISA judges would be so freaking stupid, that they would grant a fake warrant based solely on Steele's work and nothing else (that ain't what happened, but whatever). And these multiple warrants wouldn't be granted on surveillance of Trump himself....but instead on Carter Page. Someone that Hillary has never heard of before. Oh yeah, this is making perfect sense alright. Hillary's sheer genius in this plot is just amazing. She targeted Page in June of 2016, and set these wheels in motion.
4. Now that Hillary has predicted she'd lose the election in June '16, made Steele draft his work, knowing multiple FBI agents would risk their careers perpetrating a fraud on the FISA court, knowing FISA judges are idiots and would grant warrants, and knowing this would put a tail on Carter Page.
5. Now what? We're at Carter Page. What's she going to accomplish from this tail? And how did she know this back in June of 2016?
Frankly, I'm at 5 and I'm laughing too hard to get to #6, let alone all the other numbers. And if I have this right, you're claiming Hillary would knew all of these things would happen in June of 2016, and that's why she paid for Steele's work.
I'm sorry, but this is one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. If you want to continue #6-#100, let me know. I can't wait to hear your theory as to how Hillary knew in June of 2016 that Trump would appoint Rosenstein, who would obviously appoint Mueller. That will be a treat.

That's some good stuff right there. Watching that Barr press conference baffoonery yesterday made me really want to be a fly on the wall when Trump meets with his most trusted strategists (Miller, Conway, and Hannity). Can you imagine what awful things they must say about their base? I have no doubt Stephen Miller has uttered these words: "Look, it doesn't matter what's in the report -- our voters can't read. All that matters is what we say is in the report. Just state the opposite of what's in the report, repeat it 100 times, make sure Fox news repeats it 100 times, blame Hillary, and we won't lose any of our base. Do you really think our base even knows how to find a copy of the report, much less understand it? Now get that fat ass AG in here so I can give his script for the presser."

My original post below, please take off the blue glasses this time It says and implies absolutely NOTHING about HRC and her plans of/if losing and setting up the chain of events or people in place that will take place AFTER the election should she lose.
I do not watch Hannity, Tucker, or Fox in general...sometimes The Five. I listen to talk radio, WTOP, Radio Sputnik, Rush Occassionaly, NPR, and read links on Twitter from NYT, TWP, etc. Stop using that excuse on me, is minimizes your talking point.
in closing, my comment about DJT being clean as snow, was a bit tongue in check, but premised on the fact that no sitting President and his administration/family in recent history has been significantly investigated, for two years, w/full range of scope, and walks away with zero criminal issue. He was fully cooperative, turned over a million pages of documents, his family was interviewed under penalty of perjury and none of them were brought up on any charges.youthathletics wrote: ↑Thu Apr 18, 2019 3:35 pm Trump and the R's have their ammo for 2020.
BHO is on record in the rose garden in OCT 2016, "said nobody can influence our election." Hmmmm, why'd he say that. My guess, so there would be no argument about Russian collusion for the "Right" to use when HRC won....oops, that backfired.
All the FBI, FISA court, SC stuff is post election damage control....we are all getting played, all of us. The left dropped a political time bomb and we ALL suffered the consequences.
This was a political left hit job, that the left lost "this time". And frankly, when HRC said all 17 agencies agreed the Russians were involved, fact checked and backed by all 17 agencies....that was a pre-orchestrated talking point to dissuade DJT voters...oops, that also backfired.
The special group they are all in is something we will never understand or even comprehend how they sleep at night....some of the are just pure power hungry evil.
It is time to move on. If we have learned anything these investigations cripple our ability to properly govern and drive additional wedges into our already divisive political atmosphere. There is no way in heck everyone will be satisfied at any given time.

That's June of 2016.

Great. So is that the starting point?
Because Youthathletics is telling me that this entire conspiracy was about the election.
So the conspiracy happened in 38 days. Started in October of 2016, and ended on election day.
Are those the goalposts, gentlemen?

Not even Mueller and his team of a hundred or more could find anything worthy of a indictment, treason, etc. The Trump Business entertaining a hotel there, coupled with the dossier, was enough start the ball rolling in the political theater. And do not forget....the DNC server being hacked which could have been an inside job based on the intel that the download speed required was beyond broadband capabilities coupled with HRC's email server, required complete end-around distraction. The Russian-Trump collusion Hoax solved all that, blame the other guy.
