2/26/2023- UNC
3/4/2023- Duke

4/15/2023- @UNC
4/22/2023- @UVA
4/29/2023- Duke
No Cornell?!? Geez, kinda sad that such a traditional rivalry game has been dropped. Pick up Princeton. Must be a while since Hofstra was on the schedule?
Bet we’d (Bart) be on the chopping block if we didn’t drop our pants and agree to 7-10 away games for every game at the Boz.
didn't even help army, so count your lucky stars.
once hoops closed to within a couple buckets and showed they could score more than 19 points, even the 2:1 home/home disintegrated after ww2. https://cuse.com/sports/mens-basketball ... ollege/249
this after their initial meeting set peach basketball back 20 years.
There are seven away games, two of which are potentially neutral.
so 5 out of 15 games on the opponent's home field
The horror.
hey good for you guys, that's two more than in 2021
People seem to get bent out of shape about the number of home games Syracuse plays every year. I don’t know how or why but I’m sure the Dome has a good deals to do with it. With lacrosse season starting earlier and earlier each year (it’s moved up a full month from the start of March to the start of February since I started watching), I’m sure a lot of teams are happy to play inside to start the year.
UNC played only four away games last year and no one seemed to say didily poo.
Sorry guys, really butchered the H/A/NS portion. Here's an updated one I took from Syracuse's fan board...
Feb 4 Saturday @1pm Home Vs Vermont
Feb 10 Friday @6pm Home Vs U-Albany
Feb 12 Sunday @1pm Home Vs Holy Cross
Feb 18 Saturday away UMD
Feb 26 Sunday @1pm Home Vs UNC
Mar 4 Saturday Away vs Duke in San Diego
Mar 11 Saturday 4pm Home Vs Hopkins
Mar 14 Tuesday away Hofstra
Mar 21 Tuesday ST. Bonaventure
Mar 25 Saturday Hobart
Apr 1 Saturday @4pm Vs UND
Apr 8 Sunday away Princeton
Apr 15 Saturday Away Vs UNC in Maryland?
Apr 22 Saturday Away UVA
Apr 29 Saturday away Duke
There are seven away games, two of which are potentially neutral.

I don’t like to “look in other peoples pocket” so to speak but one has to wonder how long they can maintain leverage on scheduling. I’m more questioning for Bart what is the threshold to maintain a 100yr relationship if Syracuse (institution/staff not fans) dont respect it enough to simply offer home and away. And I don’t have answers but that’s the point worth discussing across their schedule IMo.

Exactly right, same pizzin' and moanin' every year. Meanwhile no one is complaining when they're playing in perfect conditions while plenty of others are playing in miserable conditions in February and March. Have never heard any visiting fans whining about the comfort of the Dome early in the season either. Enjoy it folks, grab yourself a Dome foam and a dog and sit back and enjoy the game. Next one bring your winter gloves, hats, boots, scarfs and hand warmers and watch your boys play on a snow covered field in a blizzard. If lacrosse were still a Spring sport you might have some room to b*tch but it aint and you don't.

Umm, I would NEVER consider the Dome “perfect conditions”.
I guess if I were Oscar the grouch and lived in a trash can it might be viewed that way…
That sounds like a soft Orange perspective not a hardcore Orange (and Purple) attitude!

Nothing grouchy, spent many days in the snow and in the rain and freezing temps at the Boz, the Kopf, and Archibold and plenty of other fields. Yes, it's perfect and enjoyable in the Dome. Others like to b*tch about the place so knock yourselves out. As for me, I'll take the Dome any day.
1. Syracuse, New York: 127.8 inches
Syracuse takes home the crown as the snowiest city in America, averaging 127.8 inches each winter. That's just shy of 11 feet of snow, most of which is courtesy of the large body of water to its northwest: Lake Ontario.

Really not seeing the disrespect. And we don't even egg the bus when you guys pull in.
Scotty Marr likes playing in the Dome—he thinks it helps recruiting—until the new football stadium was built, Cuse never played at Albany. Same for Alberici…the Hudson is mighty chilly in Feb, and players love games inside the Dome.

Well if one is playing in their own sandbox at some point it can get lonely..
Not sure Bart BB and Bart lax are comparable too.

The eggs are to assist with batter for the fish and chips.
Total sign of respect. I have all the respect for Cuse and Cornell, just one days a year I would win the player haters ball unanimously regarding you two.
And if you know us we will never lose the chip, didn’t Roy Simmons refer to us as the little brother once or twice?

I feel bad for seniors on Army they where looking forward to the Cuse game. sucks that the Canadian coach has no balls.
Classy guy.
The Army boys have got plenty to look forward to, they'll be just fine.
Oh, and they're big boys, they don't need some POS troll to do their
talking for them. As for the no balls, that would more describe the
tough talking guy at his keyboard than the HC at Cuse.
