Per Kings- very underwhelming.

Based on the finalists, not sure what other route they would go other than someone who was an alum and former assistant coach at his alma mata, along with having "Head Coach experience" on his resume

I know they had more qualified candidates at least lacrosse wise, but I suspect the hire was more about bringing in someone who the AD knows will be submissive to her.

Based on the salary put out there some of those qualified candidates did withdraw from the pool. Others did not get calls back for some odd reason
