I think you are suggesting that Matt Rewkowski is going to leave the Delaware. He played with Conry at Hopkins. I guess it is possible, but that would suck for the Blue Hens.

That was my initial thought when the job first opened up but I actually think it's more likely to be Drexel's Steven Boyle, another Hopkins grad, though he didn't play with Conry.

Probably a good call by him, not sure I'd want to hitch my wagon to that situation. If he keeps overperforming at Drexel he'll have other offers in the future

Weisshaar’s impact is made all over the field, evidenced by his breakthrough junior year. The left-handed Towson commit did a lot of everything in leading the Cavaliers to a 12-3 mark. In becoming the program’s first C. Markland Kelly Award winner honoring Maryland’s top high school player, he scored 48 goals, dished out 23 assists, totaled 53 ground balls and played a big role in the clearing game.

Last seen: Using a seven-game winning streak to advance past the first round of the NCAA tournament for the first time since 2007, only to run into a similarly stingy and poised Cornell bunch in a 10-8 quarterfinal loss.

Initial forecast: The Blue Hens’ roster isn’t completely intact after last year’s postseason push, but most of the key pieces are back. Just the fifth-year seniors alone are an impressive lot, a group that includes attackman Tye Kurtz (52 goals, 15 assists), midfielder Clay Miller (28 goals, 12 assists), goalie Matt Kilkeary (.530 save percentage) and defensemen Owen Grant and Kevin Lynch. That’s half of a starting lineup, and doesn’t even factor in holdovers like JP Ward (40 goals, 32 assists) and Mike Robinson (53 goals, 15 assists). The upset of Georgetown in the first round of the NCAA tournament drew more attention than anything else to Delaware, but the Blue Hens had plowed through their three previous games in May by a 50-22 margin and looked very much like they were following coach Ben DeLuca’s blueprint. Between a slick offense with oodles of options and a defense highlighted by the exceptional 6-foot-3, 215-pound Grant, the Blue Hens won’t surprise anyone in 2023. But they should be quite good and the class of the reshuffled Colonial Athletic Association.

Cam and Matt Acchione are the only two CAA players I'm aware of to make the Minto Cup. Tight schedule for the Acchione's as the Minto Cup goes until the end of August, and then they'll have to turn right around and start up classes at UDel.

I like the guys I’ve liked as far as the current roster for the Dutch.

Ryan Brind Sheridan, Justin Sykes, Mac Gates, Sterlyn Ardrey, Tom Ford, Rory Jones, Gerard Kane, Sam Lutfi, Donovan Rock — a lot of lot of returning talent.

They are still getting their post Ryan Tierney offense, a more distributing offense, together.

No additional transfers announced, but Shane Egen of Idaho transferred out to Lindenwood University in Arkansas, according to Lacrosse Bucket. Now THERE are two states you don't typically see when reading about lacrosse.

Dyson Williams is being projected as the top pick.

Here are some CAA entries for this year's draft (projected as high picks).

Justin Sykes, LF, Mimico Mountaineers Jr A & Hofstra
As with so many players in these Covid-impacted years, Sykes has loads of potential but has been denied the opportunity to develop and showcase his skills. The 6'3” lefty scored 82 points for the Jr B Oakville Buzz in 2018 and added a dozen points in four games as a callup with the Brampton Jr A Excelsiors that summer. He spent the next summer with the Jr A Mimico Mountaineers full time and posted 28g/34a/62pts, which is a solid scoring line for a player who didn't turn 18 until midway through the season; consider that in his 18-year-old season, Dyson Williams' line was 19/36/55. Even if this summer's junior season is wiped out by the pandemic—as looks increasingly likely by the day—he has a chance to play Jr in 2022, a season in which he could be one of the dominant players in the league and really ramp up his prospect status.

Ryan Sheridan, RF, Nanaimo Timbermen Jr A & Hofstra
Sheridan, like Sykes, was born in 2001 so still has next summer to play junior lacrosse. He's already built like a man (listed at 6'4”, 205 pounds) and has already produced impressive numbers in the BCJALL, playing up Vancouver Island from his native Victoria. He scored 26 goals and 23 assists as a 17-year-old rookie then followed up in 2019 with 47 goals and 52 assists to fall just one point short of the century mark in 21 games. That was enough to earn him a 2ndteam all-star nod. His production didn't drop off too much in the playoffs: he scored 9 goals and 9 assists for 18 points as the Timbermen pushed the BCJALL regular season and playoff champion Coquitlam Adanacs to six games in the first round, including being tied 2-2 after four games and within a goal in the third period of Game 5 before the deep and experienced Adanacs pulled away to win the series.
In a handful of games with the Sr A Timbermen as a playoff callup, Sheridan certainly did lack for confidence, as seen by the fact that he not only thought to try this shot but scored on it. Sheridan had plenty of highlights in junior, as well, showing a nice blend of inside and outside game.
He should be a dominant force in 2022 and a coveted prospect for the 2023 WLA draft before he hits the NLL market.

Not sure if Robinson is in this year's draft or next year's, with the covid interruption,
Also, I'd think Grant would be a high pick.
