So, that would be two in that class?

Explaining why none in the incoming freshmen?

Grabbing a grad transfer makes sense. Reload begins the following year...
Iler is a midfielder. Verdi, from Chaminade, is the only '23 goalie

I don't know why there isn't a goalie in this incoming '22 class. They had one who switched to Marquette and just never replaced him. Agreed, though, yet another reason to bring in the Bryant kid to compete for the job in 2023.
Thanks for the clarification. I assume they're looking for a '24.

Good move by Iler I believe, to do a PG year.
Western Reserve has gotten back to solid lacrosse and
he’ll be playing for Dylan Sheridan.

He was much better in prior seasons but I was specifically thinking of the stretch including Dartmouth, UVM & Air Force. Can give something of a pass on BU. Then he didn’t kill it either game against Bart, we blew the first one switching goalies at half w a lead ourselves but Carraciolo wasn’t really seeing the ball well that game and then we shelled him in the NEC semifinals.

But again he has played better in his college career. Not sure if other differences in the team in those years explains it all though i will note there was something very off with Bryant last season compared with what I’d seen often twice a year for 6-8yrs.

It did want hurt. Just not sure it’s a profound improvement.

The fact their coach retired after the season after there were already rumors that he was going to retire in the summer of 2021 probably had a big part in that

stevens starts his 2023 lookaheads w/us at 25 probably just to generate some clicks. Sometimes there are news nuggets in these like an injury, transfer or kid having left the program but nothing in there.

u21 tv schedule for grimes
https://worldlacrosse.sport/article/wor ... -globally/

according to media reports the big ten is set to finalize its long awaited new tv deals which will grow from $450 million a year to $1.5 billion. Some of that will go to usc/ucla and of course none of it will go to us but our rivals should see some sort of trickle down. Apparently ESPN and the big ten are not renewing their deals together. Our thing is separate from that so I'm not sure what actual impact any of this will have on lacrosse or us other than our rivals getting a lot more $$$.

2023 recruits, Jimmy Ayers and Triston Jewell, were named to the
2022 USA Select U18 Team.

The players were selected following a national combine at USA Lacrosse headquarters last week that featured more than 100 players. Roster has 22 players.

Marquis scoring against England: https://twitter.com/HAU_Nationals/statu ... 2581778433

Not bad prep for the kid to hit the ground running come fall ball in a few weeks.

USA plays Haudenosaunee on Saturday afternoon on ESPN+

Grimes looks like he needs to work on his hands. He drops a lot of passes most guys at that level don't.

A skilled player would’ve convinced her that just some warm liquids are needed to reduce viscosity which she could provide…
