Yawn. As predicted easy run to finals where they will beat....whoever by 10.
Question - how does this help them get into olympics when it seems like there is no world competition. Even if they change format?

I hate to say it, but top 5 D1 teams would likely be second in this tourney

Fair point. The last thing the Olympic committee is going to do is add a sport to give the US another gold medal. I thought the host country, though, was able to select one or two sports for an Olympics. Not sure if that is just a demonstration sport or full participation. My rough understanding has been that the hope is lacrosse could be added to the 2028 Olympics. Of course, baseball and softball want to get back in as well.

I really think, Doc, it may be more than the top five. But the level of play is better, across the board, this year than it was in 2017 I think.

I've always considered lacrosse Olympics talk as fools talk for all mentioned above. No, the world's not ready for it....yet, and probably not for awhile.
Top five D1 teams beating these teams I wouldn't disagree with, no one does wlax like the US does.
Blowouts or not, it's just a joy to watch these gals, the creme de la creme, just phenomenal athletes.
Relentless too.

Gorgeous no goal. Flip from Dobbie, pass from Cordingly, finish by Jimerson.
Nope. Zeros on the clock. 5-3 Can at the half. Good game.

This is a fun, competitive game.

I love hearing and reading the stories about new mother's training to compete at this tournament. That is no small feat

My fave!
Sat across the aisle from her dad at a game in the Dome, her first year there. Whole clan was there, aunts, uncles, lotta little sisters.
This is her aunt's son.
