Stanford had a class last year that was far better than Clemson’s and have a much easier schedule and they still got beat by Richmond.

A Richmond team largely created by the now-Clemson coach. We shall see.

Carolina still brought in the best player in the '23 class. The second best player went to Maryland. Possibly the third best player went to Stanford. Clemson's class is good, but on paper it isn't better than Carolina's, MD or BC's.

Good thing they don’t play the game on paper. That’s the fun of it all.

Disagree with Maryland. 2023 Recruiting Class rankings. 1. UNC 2. BC. 3. Clemson 4. Maryland

i'd say

1. UNC
2. BC
3. MD
4. Cuse
5. Duke
This is my best guess based on info from IL and what i personally think of some of the players i've seen play. There's a couple girls committed to Cuse and Duke who are really good and not currently ranked but will be when updated rankings come out. I'd put clemson 6 or 7, which is still tremendous for an inaugural season.

Kleizaster with all due respect you should look at the rankings you posted on the recruiting page. Maryland's recruits always get a bump. I guess Maryland has earned that respect. Three players you listed as top 20 recruits for Maryland barely saw the field in their four year careers. Don't get me wrong, Maryland gets some fantastic recruits. They also get recruits that get an automatic boost in the rankings just because they committed to Maryland. They reached deep into the transfer portal because a significant number of their recruits did not pan out.

I would agree. MD always gets a bump, but they have earned it will all of their rings. They still bring in a lot of talented players - especially through the portal. I would modify the before listed ranking:

1. UNC
2. BC
3. Duke
4. Cuse
5. MD

It will be fun to see how this plays out.

That’s a multi(sports)cultural challenge.

While this should be applauded, this team will still struggle mightily in their inaugural season, which of course is to be expected. I think Pitt had better graduate and upperclass talent coming in last year overall than clemson does this year. With that said, the clemson recruiting class is impressive, probably the best you'll ever see for an inaugural season.

Anyone have insights on the new program at USF? What are people expecting from this program?

Didn’t know that she attended Man Valley.

For a free, one year subscription to FanLax, and without googling, name another lacrosse star who attended that high school, overlapping with Warehime a couple of years.
