You mean this hearing isn't just about the peasants climbing the walls?

CH's parting shot -- "yeah, Meadows asked for a pardon."

That's not a back stab. That's a front stab!

Here's a preview of Mark Meadows upcoming testimony:

Love how Liz ends the proceedings with some chin music to the witness tamperers.

I'd vote for her for president.

You’d ‘vote for her for President’?!?! Ayfkm!!?

Actually I forgot it’s you, you probably aren’t kidding!

Notwithstanding all of Liz’s obvious play to the camera stuff of recent years (which ultimately will result in a primary loss to an unknown woman by 30% or more), Liz is one of the more totalitarian-esque neoconservatives to ever step in the public square.

She wants to hang Julian Assange.

She loves:

The CIA
The FBI
Big Tech Censorship
David Frum
Bill Kristol
Nicolle Wallace
Neocons Max Boot & Jen Rubin
The Lincoln Project Scumbags
DOJ Prosecutors
NSA operatives

You can have her. Sounds like a match made in heaven.

She’s in favor of the Constitution, facts and truth.

Can’t say the same for hardly any other banana Republicans.

‘In favor of facts and truth’!!!!

She’s desperate for a post-political career to stay relevant. As is the case with Kinzinger. They’re swinging wildly, praying a spot opens on The View or MSNBC (new management at CNN has indicated that they will be going in the direction of fact-based reporting, so this channel is unlikely).

Liz, like many politicians to the manner born (Kennedy’s, Whitehouse, Bush’s, Kerry), just can’t imagine a world where citizens don’t respect their voice. People in the know actually laugh at these clowns.

So she’s out there speaking in tongues, launching her January 6 OnlyFans page, knowing there are enough suckers who don’t see her real aim. Liz isnt the absolute worst, but she’s got an unfortunate habit of being arrogant, dismissive of staff and help.
The Trump lunacy is all she has left.

She’s got you hoodwinked. That’s all she needs for now. She demands to be heard. You’ll listen. Catch her on television sometime in January. Likely MSNBC.

Not to mention some folks' hero around here - Lt General Michael Flynn, a lifelong military member and a three-star genera (ret) on a government penison no less, took the fifth amendment when asked if he believed in the peaceful transfer of power in the United States, a question one might assume would have been part of his oath.

To his very minimal credit, he had to think about it for over a minute before responding. Modern-day Benedict Arnold.

Bret Baier calls todays testimony "stunning and compelling". "Listen, this testimony is first of all stunning," he continued, "because we haven't heard this. Two, it's compelling because of her proximity to power. All of these people directly having conversations with her."

‘In favor of facts and truth’!!!!

So what testimony from the 1/6 hearings has been credibly refuted?

Trump just saying that CH is a bull shirt artist and..wait for it...he hardly knows who she is!

I know I shouldn't have been even surprised, but his "The Fifth" to "do you believe in the peaceful transfer of power" just blew me away. Someone's hero is a tired old traitor.

Actually, that question he answered quickly!
He'd taken 1:36 to think about another one, whether he thought that anyone had done anything wrong January 6. After asking Cheney to repeat the question, Flynn lawyer then asked the morally or legally question, Cheney said both...fifth, then she asked 'morally', fifth, then 'legally', fifth...then she asked this question and, stunningly, he couldn't even answer yes to that one. Fifth.

Disgusting. Un-American, opposite of patriot.

Pro tip to my fellow posters: Just tell Petey that the people Liz is going after are gay.

That will make him care about this story.

(is anyone REALLY surprised that Petey doesn't care when R's are corrupt, or put people in danger, or ask for Pardons knowing that what they are doing might be felonies)

You've quoted here one of Pete's stupidest comments -- and that's saying something in the museum size list of stupidities. Cheney is set for life, irrespective of whatever happens here from these hearings or in the Wyoming primary. She's not shucking for any one or any gig.

Regardless, How many ex-military here, who swore fidelity to the Constitution and to defend the republic, would have ANY problem answering that question if it were posed to them under any circumstances?

Of course she’s set for life. No one is arguing that, tonto.

She’s worse than a money chaser, she’s insecure af.

Liz needs public adulation and she thinks the only way to get that is via television and paid speeches, hence the J6 melodramatic idiocy. It’s the ultimate heist, fooling others to give you confidence. It’s not any different than when the Fanlax FLP bathe in righteous applause from the other FLP. It’s the substance of cotton candy.

The wild thing is there’s no shortage of dolts out there (here!) to give her the false confidence she craves. You can’t say she doesn’t know her marks.
