As a co-captain of our 2022 team, Jamie’s leadership, hard work and dominant performances were keys to our undefeated, national championship season,” continued Levy. “Simply put, she is a champion who represents the University of North Carolina and the sport of lacrosse in a first class manner.”

I'm not sure I recognized the great accomplishment by JO, winning the Honda award. The award recognizes what that JO is a complete, unselfish attacker and led her team to an undefeated season, capped by winning the National Championship and beating BC for the 3rd time this season.
Congrats to the "GREATER ONE"

Not Division 1 but still worth posting here.
Congratulations to Erin Nicholas for being named Division III Athlete of the year. She is a very impressive young woman. All American in field hockey and lacrosse. 4 NCAA championships in field hockey and 2 in lacrosse. A nice example of what it means to be a student-athlete.

Definitely worth posting here and incredibly impressive. A lot of kids choose the D3 route for just this reason, to be able to play multiple sports instead of choosing one.westcoastlax wrote: ↑Sat Jun 25, 2022 8:05 am Not Division 1 but still worth posting here.
